The hotel's location is excellent, and it's kept very clean. The bedding was super comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. It was also quiet in the mornings, which was a plus. The desk was surprisingly cute and functional for getting work done. The service attitude was outstanding; they cleaned the room daily, which I really appreciated. Plus, there's parking available and you can store your luggage, which is incredibly convenient.

The room was very clean and tidy and had everything I needed. The only downside is that the location is a bit tricky; my navigation app had trouble finding it when I arrived. The price was good, and even though the room was small, it offered great value for money. Hangzhou is truly beautiful and fun to explore. This place is quite close to Yunqi Bamboo Path, which was my first stop, so I’d recommend it. The front desk service was also good.

太差了，衞生都沒有整理乾淨，床頭一堆頭髮，枕頭一股汗味。衞生間也不放紙巾，空調滴水嚴重，空調噪音巨大無比，放都不敢放，隔音也很差，房間小的轉個身都難，不建議來入住。

臨時預訂的房間，沒想到體驗感滿分。前台接待温柔耐心，快速辦好手續還主動遞上飲用水。房間通風良好，床墊舒適，洗漱用品齊全乾凈。酒店安保完善，進出都有登記，住起來安全感十足，值得反覆回購。

整體入住體驗超驚喜，前台服務熱情周到，辦理入住速度很快。客房乾淨無異味，床品柔軟睡得很安穩，衞浴熱水充足。酒店位置便利，周邊吃飯逛街都方便，保潔阿姨定時打掃，性價比很高，下次出行還會選擇這家！
