The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the service was attentive and thoughtful. The environment was quiet, making for a great stay. The atmosphere was elegant and clean, the service was warm, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was good. Staying here made my trip very relaxing. Highly recommended.

Excellent! I was traveling solo and felt very safe at this hotel. It's incredibly close to West Lake, just a few minutes walk or bike ride away. The staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly, from assisting with taxis and communication to the reception and cleaning teams. The facilities were also great. Overall, it was a fantastic stay.

The room was very comfortable, and all the staff were warm, welcoming, and especially polite. The location is convenient, and it's easy to get a taxi. I'll definitely stay here again. It's a really great hotel, and the hygiene is excellent too.

Facilities: A definite plus, there's a gym though I didn't use it. I did enjoy the laundry service – Hangzhou was so hot, and getting my clothes washed made a big difference. The only minor inconvenience was having just one elevator, which could get busy during peak times. Cleanliness: The room was spotless. I stayed two nights, and they even replaced towels and tidied up on the second day. Location: The area is super convenient. Just a 300-meter walk behind the hotel is a bustling pedestrian street with Intime 77 and Hubin 88. You can find everything from restaurants and bars to BBQ and street food. Service: I can't praise the service enough – they were incredibly responsive to every request, whether it was for water, cleaning, or laundry. A special shout-out for the thoughtful packed breakfast at 7 AM on the day I had an early high-speed train. Overall, it was a worthwhile stay. I was almost put off by the poor soundproofing, but it was manageable. Being right by a main road in such a vibrant area, closing the window did the trick.

The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming. They even offered complimentary snacks and congee in the evenings, which was a nice touch. The breakfast spread was also very generous. The location is fantastic – we could walk to West Lake, and there's a large shopping area nearby with tons of dining options. Plus, the metro station is conveniently close.

The location is excellent, very close to in77 and Gonglian CC. You can also walk to West Lake in about 15 minutes. My stay was great, and the hygiene was good too. The pillows were very soft; it was my first time having such a good night's sleep while traveling in Hangzhou, haha.
