Terrible hotel, the environment is poor, and the service attitude is awful...

The room was quite good and very clean, likely a new establishment. The only downside was the lack of a bedside table, which made eating and such inconvenient.

The room was decent, quite a good value for the location. I've been feeling really sick with a cold recently. On the 2nd, after getting acupuncture at the hospital, I felt significantly better. The doctor told me to go back and brew two more packets of medicine. When I passed by the front desk, I asked if they had hot water. She said our room's kettle could boil water. I replied, 'You never know what previous guests might have boiled in the hotel kettle; I wouldn't dare use it.' Then my friend asked the front desk what she used to boil water, and she pointed to the kettle and said it was out of water. Seriously, if it's out of water, can't you just add some and boil it? She didn't even look up during the entire conversation. The service attitude was terrible and irresponsible. I used to stay at Zhejiang Hotel, and their service was excellent. I reported it to the manager the next day, hoping that someone with such a bad service attitude would be dismissed quickly. Not taking that medicine that day because of the hot water issue has left me with this cold still not getting better. I'm furious.

The room was small but clean, and the smart system was really convenient. The projection screen was perfect for a solo stay or with friends. There was a calming tea scent in the hallway that made me feel relaxed and happy!

The hotel's location is excellent, with a subway station and a shopping mall nearby, making both commuting and shopping very convenient. It offers great value for money, and the hygiene and facilities are good. Check-in was quick. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. For an off-peak trip, getting this for just over 300 (yuan) is a real bargain.

Facilities: Newly opened this year, so all the room's hardware and software are brand new. Cleanliness: Very clean. The toilet is automatic, and the shower has great water pressure, which is really comfortable. Environment: Located on a high floor, it's very quiet with good views. It's also convenient for getting around and very close to the night market. Service: Very thoughtful. Check-in was super fast.

Discovered this hidden gem hotel while traveling in Hangzhou! As expected of a designer hotel, I'm extremely satisfied as a designer myself 💯 The lobby was stunning from the moment I entered. Soft lighting paired with natural wood tones, scattered greenery, and a subtle, soothing tea fragrance created a truly calming atmosphere. The understated yet sophisticated ambiance was immediately apparent 🌿. The room was a delight for detail-oriented people! The minimalist decor was understated yet incredibly stylish. Large areas of natural wood tones complemented the soft furnishings, creating a warm and sophisticated ✨. The bedding was soft and comfortable against the skin. The bathroom fixtures were brand new and high-quality, and even the toiletries were disposable – a reassuring find for someone with a strong sense of cleanliness 👍. The entire room was equipped with smart home controls: a projector, a smart speaker, and a lighting system – a truly immersive experience 😆. 🚇 It's right next to the subway, and surrounded by Wulin Night Market and West Lake – super convenient! I came to travel with my sisters and ended up staying at the worst hotel in history!! On December 25th, we went to the hotel late at night to check in. A bespectacled receptionist was extremely rude, playing video games while attending to guests. She was impersonal, inflexible, and inflexible. The facilities were also terrible. The hallway lights and TV in the room turned on automatically, preventing us from getting any rest. The bathroom door was hard to open, and the toilet wasn't smart at all—either no water or spraying water excessively. The shower drain was also clogged. When we reported the problem to the front desk, they didn't come to fix it immediately, instead telling us to unclog it ourselves. However, to be fair, the hotel is newly opened, and the cleanliness was acceptable, but the service was terrible! We originally booked two nights, but because of the extremely poor service, we had to cancel our second room in the middle of the night. We'd rather drag our luggage to find a new hotel than endure the attitude of the receptionist at this hotel.
