The hotel's service and hygiene were excellent. It's about a 10-minute drive to the West Lake scenic area, and the breakfast was quite good with a decent variety. However, the hotel is located inside a stadium and isn't very tall, so you can't get a city view.

非常糟糕一家酒店 從圖1定房間開始沒有寫清楚沒有窗户，寫一個人造景觀，是把消費者的智商按在地上摩擦嗎？？ 雖然我到店以後前台給我升級了有窗户的房間，但是這個房間隔音也差的離譜，從早上七八點鐘開始，就聽到各種人説話的聲音，當我聽到聲音拉開窗簾，看了一眼居然房間窗户下面就是公共廁所。 從早上開始一直聽到有人説話的聲音，導致沒有休息好就算了，房間裏的味道還很重，早上人睡醒都是頭暈腦脹，喉嚨痛！！！！ 我也給酒店反饋了情況，他們表示給我打八折，我覺得還是算了，必須把這個情況寫出來，要住的慎重！！！！指不定你就住到廁所對面了

酒店就建在黃龍體育館的下面，所以房間是沒有窗的，有個人造的景觀窗户。不過房間裏有空氣凈化器，所以還好，不覺着悶。體育館不用擔心停車位。出門走幾步路就是地鐵站和公交站台，去銀泰N77，4站地鐵，門口就有共享單車和共享電瓶車，去西湖老方便了。

初到杭州，網上看了很久選擇了這家，因為帶着長者怕他們住不習慣還有所擔心，到了之後前台部的曉曉經理非常耐心，不僅幫忙升級了房型，還贈送了早餐，房間非常安靜長者睡的很好，房間寬敞明亮，保潔阿姨收拾的很乾凈，酒店的其他工作人員也很有耐心十分感謝，停車也非常方便，還有健身房洗衣服，非常滿意再次感謝曉曉經理！祝你新年快樂

預訂的時候，訂單內包含了兩天早餐。但是！第二天的早餐酒店方面卻沒有提前通知，直接不提供早餐！到樓下問了以後才説是因為酒店入住率不夠，所以不開放早餐了，簡直是拉低檔次的低端操作！從來沒有聽説過住店吃早餐還要客人保障酒店入住率這一説！大過年的入住率不夠你應該考慮自己的問題吧！這個酒店真是低級得不行，格局太小，千萬不要來！

入住黃龍附近，特意選了家新酒店，入住下來感受有三個優點:一是床品舒適，個人容易對不太衞生的床品過敏，在這家不會。床墊有支撐度對腰部比較友好，枕頭睡下來脖子也沒有抗議；房間的燈光不像有些酒店比較昏暗，床頭可以通過按鍵調整幾檔模式，明亮模式照明真的很不錯；自助早餐品類還挺多，米線麪條檔口正兒八經用的骨頭湯，銀耳湯裏竟然還有桃膠碎。從酒店內體驗看有些員工還在培訓融合中，但是整體打招呼和友善度都做的到位。就套餐價格而言，如果在黃龍看演出或者比賽，性價比相當不錯。缺點是，房間可能還微微有點裝修味道，以及隔音略有缺陷（特指有人在走廊或者樓下體育場大聲説話的情況，正常情況下房間還是很安靜的）。
