The room was clean and hygienic, and the transportation was very convenient. The service was excellent, and the surrounding facilities were quite complete. Plus, I could even do laundry. Overall, it was great, and the air quality was good too.

Facilities: Well-equipped. Cleanliness: Spotless. Ambiance: Nicely decorated. Service: Supplies were promptly replenished. This was my first time visiting Hangzhou, and I chose this hotel because it's super close to the subway station, and the price was just right. It's really convenient for transportation, and there are lots of food options nearby. There's a Mixue Bingcheng and a supermarket downstairs, so it's easy to grab a late-night snack. Great value for money, I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Hangzhou! 👍🏻

Right by the subway exit, only 100 meters away, which makes getting around super convenient. It's not far from West Lake, and you can get there easily by bus or subway. The room was really small, though, and the corners of the bathroom had mold. There was barely enough space for a small suitcase, so it's definitely not suitable for two people. Plus, the front desk staff always seemed to be in a bad mood.

The subway is just 100 meters from the hotel entrance, which is super convenient for getting around – a definite plus. However, our room was on the second floor, and with a large suitcase, it was quite a struggle to get it up there; we had to ask for help. The bathroom had mold in the corners and no window. Plus, the service attitude wasn't great.

Came to Hangzhou for Wang Leehom's concert. After checking some guides, I saw this hotel was just 10 meters from the subway entrance, so I booked a room without hesitation. The price was great, and the room was quite clean and tidy. The front desk staff were also very polite. It was so convenient! After checking in, I just hopped on the subway to the Olympic Sports Center for the concert.
