 โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ชั้น 6 จองห้องเล็กสุดไว้ใช้อาบน้ำก่อนขี้นเครื่องไฟล์ทดึก มีหน้าต่างฝั่งทางเดิน ทำให้เสียงค่อนข้างดัง กลิ่นบุหรี่ค่อนข้างแรง ถ้าจองเพื่อนอน ควรจองห้องประเภทอื่น

酒店的位置堪稱絕佳，就在市中心，去哪兒都方便。周邊不僅有地鐵站和公交站，還有很多商場和美食街，走幾步就能開啟逛吃模式，真的太適合我這種懶人了。
房間的乾淨程度讓我非常滿意，床鋪整潔，床單被罩都潔白如雪，沒有一絲褶皺和異味。衞生間也是一塵不染，馬桶、洗手枱和淋浴間都擦拭得鋥亮，毛巾和浴巾也都柔軟又乾淨。公共區域同樣維護得很好，走廊、電梯裏沒有一點雜物，垃圾桶也清理得很及時。
服務更是沒得説，從前台辦理入住時的熱情接待，到入住期間有求必應的貼心服務，都讓我感覺像在家一樣自在。工作人員態度親切、專業，不管是幫忙推薦周邊好玩的地方，還是解決一些小問題，都非常高效。
以後有出行計劃，這家酒店肯定是我的首選，也強烈推薦給大家！

房間很乾凈，温馨，裝修比較新設備比較新，前台小姐姐，小哥哥接待都很熱情周到的，保潔阿姨也非常熱情遇到都是笑嘻嘻的每天打掃得很乾凈，地理位置方便離武林廣場地鐵站幾分鐘路程，到哪裡去都方便，下次還住悦園，點贊👍

來杭州旅遊，看到這家酒店今年新開業的，價格也挺便宜，讓我很驚喜，離地鐵口挺近，附近也有好多吃的，可以去西湖，前台服務也熱情周到，下雨天還借傘給我，入住的體驗也很不錯，點外賣有機器人送，8樓還有自助洗衣還可以烘乾，下次還來，挺不錯的

酒店位置就在大路上的，位置好找，床單很乾凈，就是面積小，有大窗户，房間沒什麼味道，來杭州東推薦這裏住，離武林廣場地鐵站很近，到西湖，ins77銀泰地鐵一站路，走路20分鐘左右，杭州不是很建議打車，地鐵人多，但是方便，騎自行車也是很好的選擇。

設施：都挺不錯的，很新，住着舒服
衞生：衞生都是每天一掃阿姨打掃的很乾凈還很熱情
環境：環境相對安靜，偶爾走廊聲音大一點的話能聽到
服務：前台幾個姐姐服務態度超好超熱情！辦入住的時候給倒了水喝，下雨還會詢問有沒有帶傘
這次帶孩子住了三天，總體來説還不錯，離地鐵站也不遠～下次來杭州玩還會住這裏的
