大年正月，在外面玩總希望能圖個開心，但是總枱的服務員的態度簡直讓我對這家連鎖酒店印象大打折扣，這種服務員不應該在酒店服務，應該回家躺吃，我應該算不那麼好欺負，在電話裏面對我説話口氣都這麼差，更何況入住的是我爸爸和我叔叔，他們年紀大了，估計看起來更好忽悠和欺負吧，可想而知對他們説話會更不客氣。我打個電話到酒店問她窗户為什麼對着人家外牆，她不但對我口氣很差，而且還跑樓上去敲門質問我爸爸，特別搞笑的是，我跟平台投訴了她，她竟然謊稱帶我爸爸他們去看過其他房間了，我問了兩次我爸爸，我爸爸説根本沒有帶他們去看其他房間，就是在門口質問他，説他女兒打電話給總枱，意思是説他們的不是，她上樓敲門質問，她這是威脅我爸爸他們嗎。這種服務員可以這麼隨便信口胡言，酒店招聘的時候沒有好好面試嗎，如果總枱的服務員説帶我爸爸他們去看過其他房間，那平台讓她提供當天酒店去敲我爸爸房間門的監控，看看就知道她是不是在説謊。這麼一個連鎖的酒店招這種服務員，簡直太有損酒店聲譽了，酒店是找不到正常的服務員了嗎？估計這種服務員囂張慣了吧，聽她的口氣就知道態度極其差慣了。平台讓她提供監控吧，一定要證明一下她到底有沒有帶看其他房間，揭穿她習慣的謊言，我希望平台能夠好好監管。
