Amazing and beautiful hotel in a great quiet location and less than 10 minutes walk from all the great spots around West lake. Such as the tea museum and tea fields. But the best thing about staying here was the staff. Helped us navigate to the train station during golden week chaos and travel restrictions. Definetly saved our day. The restaurant is also fantastic.
