Good location relatively close to metro stations, also close to multiple options with food. As a foreigner, there are a few things worth noting: the staff does not speak English (translator works perfectly), yet staff is kind, even though the hotel is not that old it is worse maintained that hotels in Europe of the same age (seems it is a wider topic in China).
Breakfast is typically Chinese (dumplings, rice, eggs etc) with multiple options to choose from.

Pretty old hotel, air conditioner should be cleaned, bad smell from it. Heavy traffic around, windows has to be closed.

Was a bit noisy at night, a kid cried in the next room. But everything else was pretty much good, clean and spacious room, nice and friendly staff. Recommend!

Hotel is about 15 mins walk from metro. Not many nearby for food. You can have more choices of food near to the metro station. This hotel is not so convenient for didi drivers as they tend to miss the turning. When we arrived in Hangzhou on the evening, the didi driver missed the turning (as it was supposed to be a 1-way road) and had to drive one big round (extra 10 mins) back to the entrance of the hotel.
Facilities of the hotel is very new and there is a common washing machine on another level. But you have to go down to the lobby to ask receptionist to help you get lift access to the other floor for washing
