The homestay is located on the Jiuyao Mountain slope of the South Line scenic area of West Lake, about a 15 minute walk from the edge of West Lake. Six of the ten scenic spots of West Lake are: Tiger Run Dream Spring, Manlong Guiyu, Sudi Spring Dawn, Leifeng Sunset, Santai Yunshui, and Yuhuang Feiyun, surrounded by famous attractions such as Taizi Bay, Yuhu Bay, Leifeng Pagoda, Sudi, Huagang Park, and Tiger Run Park. Hangzhou Zoo and Children's Park are close to Chi Chi, about 3 kilometers away from Lingyin Temple and Hubin Business District, making travel convenient.

There are various styles of homestay rooms, and each time you come, you can stay in different rooms to taste different moods. The bedding and toiletries are equipped according to the standards of high star hotels. The mattress is made of the American brand Jinkeler. For breakfast, authentic Hangzhou snacks and delicacies are provided. The spacious observation platform, transparent sunshine room, anti-corrosion wood staircase, grass, flowers, hanging baskets, rattan chairs, sunshine, blue sky, and mountain views are everywhere, revealing laziness and leisure.
