A very satisfying stay, perfect for photos! The room was spotless and looked exactly like the pictures. It's really close to West Lake, and the host was very pleasant. The surroundings are beautiful too.

The girl at the counter was really kind, she and the great location (just right next to a little lake) are the only reasons we’re not giving this place a lower rating. Unfortunately, the rest of our stay was quite disappointing. There was humidity everywhere, and the room had a strong damp smell, which we tried to overlook. However, our rest was completely ruined when we were woken up at 7:30 in the morning by people shouting and the staff (we think) making a lot of noise in the nearby rooms, moving furniture, talking loudly and screaming, slamming doors and hiting things. We were exhausted from our travel and just wanted to sleep in a bit longer, at least until 9, but it was impossible. Overall, not a pleasant stay, and definitely not ideal for anyone looking to rest.

The inn has a beautiful environment, and the rooms are clean. It's very close to Leifeng Pagoda, making it convenient for getting around. The owner is also very kind. Overall, I'm very satisfied and will definitely choose to stay here again the next time I visit West Lake.

The room is big but unfortunately lack a bit of natural light and is not very well isolated from the outside balcony : you will need to use the heater in winter! The desk service is really helpful even though I recommend to speak a bit of Chinese as they don’t speak English. If you want to enjoy the lake, it’s ideally located as you arrive in the lakeside in 5min. However, it’s pretty isolated from the city, which can cause trouble when you want to eat dinner in the evening…

This guesthouse is excellent! It's very close to West Lake and Leifeng Pagoda, so it was lovely to take a stroll to the lake every day. The room was clean, and the service was attentive.
