When I first entered the room, there was a strong odor. However, the cleaning lady provided excellent service.

Breakfast ended at 9:30, and when I arrived at 9:30, they wouldn't let me eat. They'd rather take the food away than let me eat. The service was terrible. Also, the booking clearly stated check-out at 2:00, but they made us check out at 12:00, which is outrageous. The room's internet was also broken and the speed was very slow. The environment was also terrible, very old and run-down. Ugh, a truly awful experience. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. As a platinum member, I'm speechless after receiving this kind of treatment.

I came for a lunch break on a weekday, and the room was surprisingly large and spacious, with a sofa. The only downsides were that there was some dust on the curtains and windows, and the floor lamp's socket was broken, so it felt a bit old and there's room for improvement in terms of overall quality.
