Everything was really good, especially for the price. The only downsides are that the place feels a bit closed, and be prepared for a fully Chinese breakfast. No coffee or croissants here. Nothing else to note, the place is really great and provides with everything you can exledt from a hotel, , far exceeding my expectations for the price. And it is well located. The employees do not speak English, but they use translator apps without problems as soon as there is any doubt. They are very helpful.

I chose the non-smoking room, but I kept smelling the smoke… but they will clean the room every day, so 3 stars.

Very nice hotel which provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff helped me with food delivery because i put a wrong address.

The location was nice. I wanted to stay close to the river but it wasn’t that close, but still close to the metro so that was nice.

Hotel location was very convenient, 30mins cab ride to hotel, very near to metro station and also about 20-30mins walk to 大莲花, 杭州奥体中心体育场, able to see a small section of the stadium from room window. Was there for Hua Chenyu concert. Hotel staff was friendly. Breakfast was simple local type. Room does not have fridge.

Good hotel, location is not bad The staff doesn't speak English but is friendly and try to help. The room is specious and designed nicely.

Stayed for one night. The hotel is very close to the stadium, walking distance. The room is clean, but there is no heating, the staff have provided a heater after my request. Breakfast is not that good and it’s located in a tiny room, which is not even a restaurant, only a few tables, not enough seats for everyone

good location, clean, and smooth check in

The service staff does not smile or welcome us each time we step in. The moment we open the door they will look up and faster look down. During check in the lady that served us was very unfriendly. They offered us free breakfast if we help to do a review we rejected the offer, immediately her attitude got worst. We booked for 4 paxs but only have 3 paxs set of tow and slippers. I called to request but didn’t come till my second call. But for location wise it is very close to the train station. And they provide nice hot tea at the lobby for guest.

Very spacious room, quite clean, adequate amenities with hairdryer etc. Only thing to note is no safe and no fridge in room.

Room is big and very clean. Hotel is very near to metro station
