Excellent! love it! The location is convenient, there is a bus at the door that can go directly to Lingyin Temple. There are large expanses of tea fields surrounding the B&B, and the greenery is so healing. The proprietress is super nice. During the Chinese New Year, she was worried that the surrounding stores would be closed and we wouldn't be able to have breakfast. She even made breakfast for us in different ways every day. The taste was super good and she was very considerate. The puppy at the B&B is so cute and the children had a lot of fun. The landlady also prepared tea, mountain spring water, and a lot of sweets for us. In the afternoon, we could bask in the sun in the yard and listen to the chirping of birds while drinking tea. This was the feeling of vacation. Super satisfied, I will definitely come back next time!

The only dissatisfaction is that I was bitten by a flea after staying for one night, and my two ankles were all covered.

民宿不大，小別院在半山腰很安靜，車可以到門口。東家很熱情，提前給準備了茶水開了空調發了定位（高德好用！）。茶村有些年份可以逛逛，離雲棲息、宋城、天竺、靈隱很近，離西湖不算近夜裡開車20多分鐘。

有茶香的紅房子～門口可以直接車到，雖然這次來發現這個車道愛護正維護不過不影響進出。可以有好幾處地方可以給住客消遣，自己小飲一下，老闆説喝茶燒烤這種活動配套住房也一直有接。住了的雙標房進門以後再分房間和衞生間，套房的感覺。衞生條件不錯，綠化也是很好，用品是進口品牌，衞生間裝修都很精緻。最重要發現老闆是家有深山茶的源頭產地廠家啊！還是個茶葉專家！以後買好茶多了一個直接渠道。

房間很乾凈，佈局很有個性。老闆娘服務很熱情周到，贈送下午茶，很棒！還用單反幫我們拍照！周邊環境也很好，有茶山到靈隱宋城很近。五星好評！

錯峯來西湖景區玩。民宿很贊，舒適又安靜，老闆娘也很好，熱情周到。 周圍都是茶園，煙雨濛濛中，別有一番風味。 下次有機會還會再來。
