Everything was perfect as expected. Staff at reception desk was really amazing. Each individual I interacted during different time slots, was amazing. Courtesy, professionalism, empathy, care and excellence are the traits that could be attributed to each individual of reception desk. Great property to stay it. This was my second stay this facility and experience has been really amazing.

It was a good stay, the bed was the highlight, very comfortable and soft, best sleeper ever. The only reason I didn’t give 5/5 is because the second night our room had hair and wasn’t swept or cleaned. Only the bed was made. The ladies and gentlemen at the front desk were so kind and so helpful! Amazing!

My stay at the Atour Hotel in Hangzhou Future Science and Technology City's Haichuang Park was quite good. The hotel is next to Alibaba's Xixi Park, just a few minutes' walk from the subway station. There's also a shopping mall called Qin Chengli across the street, which is very convenient. The breakfast is a mix of Chinese and Western options and is great value for money. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm on a business trip!

I'm totally won over by Atour's attention to detail and thoughtful touches; it's my top choice for travel – no disappointments! Its convenient location near Alibaba, with a subway station and shopping district nearby, makes dining, shopping, and getting around easy. I've become a loyal Atour customer and will definitely choose it again for my next trip. Highly recommended to anyone who values ​​a great experience!

Negative Review: Atour, You've Failed to Live Up to the Word "Service"! -My First Negative Review on Ctrip I booked the Atour Hotel, renowned for its excellent service, thinking it would offer some solace after a long business trip. But it turned out to be a complete nightmare! This wasn't a hotel; it was a noise factory! The hotel maliciously placed me next to the operating room, and the soundproofing was appallingly poor. Starting at 6 a.m., the constant clamor made it impossible to sleep. Considering that business trips often involve late nights and early mornings, it's unbelievable that a hotel would deliberately compromise a guest's restful experience. Even more infuriating, when I inquired about it, the front desk staff flatly denied it. It wasn't until I pointed out that my room was right next to the operating room that they conceded and perfunctorily offered to move me. By the time I finally got my room, it was almost 8 a.m., and my precious rest time had been completely ruined! Afterwards, the hotel hypocritically sent a tea set as "compensation." This hypocritical behavior made me utterly disgusted. If it wasn't for ****, why were they so eager to shut me up? I didn't ask for their tea set. Our time and health are so cheap. Atour's so-called "service" has completely failed me! Furthermore, the room's curtains were poorly light-blocking (see pictures), which only made matters worse. I strongly advise all business travelers: for the sake of your precious rest time, do not choose Atour! Their "service" is a joke. You'll only get a noisy, light-free, and rest-deprived experience. If you don't want your business trip to be a torture, stay away from Atour! @Ctrip, are your Gold Diamond members really that bad? For nearly 500 yuan, Atour, located outside the city center, deliberately gives you so-called "Gold Diamond members" such a poor room?

The room was heated, but the dryness made me feel uncomfortable and I couldn't fall asleep. Atour's style and breakfast quality are becoming more and more all-season, and it's getting harder to tell them apart.
