Do not reserve this hotel if you don’t want to have unnecessary troubles during your trip. It was our first trip in Hangzhou, we booked 2 nights: they first room allocated was in a corner, the toilet opens in front of the bed, it smells like you are sleeping in the toilet… the WIFI and tv box does not work, the room can not be locked inside. They changed us for a second room. This second room works well until the second night where the digital lock of the door dysfunction (again!) The door could not be locked, anyone without any room card could enter into our room. We called reception, the lady was busy and forgot to answer us, we were waiting 20min in the room. Before leaving we identified one charge plug does not work but has a red light inside, this is very suspicious! Please consider this comment before booking. 酒店名字在武林广场其实距离武林广场还有两站地铁！ 最近的地铁也要走10分钟， 不想走冤枉路的注意了！ 服务很客气但是不专业，房间破旧损害还灰尘。定的比较贵的大床房，小姐姐还说给我们升级了。进房间一看厕所对床，一用厕所房间就一股臭味。。。电视不能用，房间不能里面反锁。后来给我们换了个房间，这个房间里面可以锁了外面却又故障了。不用房卡就能打开门近房间。一个人出来旅游的姐妹们三思而后行！房间一个电插口对准浴室门，手机插上去不通电但是有一个奇怪的红点。。。走的时候才发现！没时间报警大家细品！

Very spacious room! Love the huge wall to wall windows. It’s such a beautiful view during the day and night. Full length mirror and vanity mirror above the sink. My only gripe is that the toilet is only partially partitioned off from the room, the wall doesn’t go all the way up to the ceiling. This detail can be seen in the listing pictures so we booked it with full awareness. Thankfully my friends and I are comfortable enough with each other to take a dump in each others presence, otherwise new couples/friends might want to think twice 😂

I never expected this hotel to be superb in terms of interiors, cleanliness and even good service by the staff because the rate is so cheap, aprons ¥200+, but to surprise, this is very cozy and stylish room which plays music once you enter the room and it’s really comfortable to sleep on the beds and stay in the room. I will definitely book here again and choose t to his next time. Affordable and very comfortable. The only improvement is that they don’t provide breakfast. But I would rate this hotel an 8/10. Thanks.

The hotel is close to the bus station, the room is very clean and comfortable, suitable for solo travelers

The hotel is located on the 19th floor. It’s quite close to the metro and there are cafes and small restaurants nearby. View was pleasant, it was clean and comfortable for a short stay. Quite spacious too. It was also nice and quiet, though not sure if this was just during a slow period. No free slippers and the toilet and shower setup is odd, there is only one door which you can swing to close either the toilet or shower, not both, which was a bit odd. And the walls to the toilet and shower do not reach all the way up to the ceiling, so…

Great service. Very clean room. Location is right in the city centre. Cosy room. Upgraded our room free of charge! Will come again!

We stayed at the Xizili Art Hotel near the downtown area. The staff and friendly and accommodating even if you're a foreigner with little to no Chinese-speaking ability. The facilities were nice and the accommodation was quite comfortable. The hotel is located near many tourists spots (within 30 minutes or so by car) including West Lake, West Lake Cultural Center, Wulin Square, Hangzhou Tower Shopping City, and the Hangzhou Kerry Centre. Definitely an affordable hotel if you're wanting to spend more on food and attractions in the city.
