Small Luxury Hotels of The Word-Hangzhou Muh Shoou Xixi Hotel

Our trip coincided with the plum rain season in Jiangnan. The hotel grounds were lush with trees, and in the courtyard, a persimmon tree was already laden with green fruit. Lotuses were in full bloom, and with the alternating rain and sunshine, we spotted black-winged dragonflies, tiny squirrels, and little frogs. The sound of cicadas buzzing in the trees transported me back to my childhood. A special thanks to the hotel staff for their incredibly thoughtful yet perfectly understated service. It was a wonderful hotel experience, and the Xiyin Restaurant is an absolute must-try!

The service was excellent, and the environment was really good, exceeding my expectations. What stood out was how well the hotel handled mosquito control; staying in Xixi Wetland, I didn't encounter a single mosquito.

The environment here is fantastic. It's really comfortable to just relax in the room after 4 PM. As for the service, it's a bit inconsistent and honestly, quite average for this price point.

Our summer stay at MU SHOU XI XI was absolutely perfect! The unique wetland environment kept the summer heat at bay, with lush greenery and lotus ponds everywhere – every photo turned out stunning. The hotel's overall design is minimalist and sophisticated, the rooms are bright and spacious, and the facilities are comprehensive, making for an incredibly comfortable stay. The service was meticulous and attentive; the staff were warm, polite, and responsive. Cruising on the Xixi wetlands was a unique summer experience. The dining impressed with both presentation and taste, and the local specialties were amazing. We found a peaceful summer retreat in the sweltering heat of Hangzhou – high-end yet natural, offering an excellent experience. Highly recommended!

The interior room design is fantastic, and the front desk staff (the young man at the front desk) arranged a peaceful spot for me with a beautiful view where I could watch the sunset. It was so pleasant to be able to relax there, drinking tea and reading a book.
