Had a wonderful stay here! The hotel upgraded our room for free, which was a lovely surprise, and the service was excellent. We were also able to store our luggage without any hassle. The location is fantastic – surrounded by plenty of restaurants and attractions, and you can even walk to West Lake, which is super convenient. Plus, there's a rooftop garden where you can get a great view of the lake.
