Great location, fantastic service attitude from all the staffs. The room is perfect for solo traveller or couple without a lot luggages. Breakfast view is breathtaking.

作為杭州本地人，為了讓來杭州旅遊的朋友看到西湖全景，特地為其定了西湖邊的【友好飯店】，朋友反饋，從入住到離開，一路好感：辦入住時既升級；客房雖然不大，但乾淨整潔且安靜；樓頂的旋轉餐廳絕對是驚喜，西子晨景盡收眼底；當日暢遊西湖之後，在同酒店一樓的平海53茶餐廳就餐，菜靚價平，還有地道的老派風格服務，温馨且舒適；離店時把耳環戒指💍遺漏在客房中，酒店服務人員第一時間通知，第一時間免費快遞到家，非常感謝，這是一次非常愉快的住店體驗，大美杭州，温馨“友好”.

位置很棒 杭州東站1號地鐵直達龍翔橋站 出來步行5分鐘即是 銀泰購物中心在邊上 步行10分鐘到西湖 周圍吃飯購物交通非常方便 去靈隱寺 蘇堤 九溪 六和塔可以從旁邊的公交總站坐車 一路直達 房間設施很好 整潔乾淨 服務很棒 早餐在頂樓旋轉餐廳 整個西湖收納眼中 而且早餐品種豐富

首先，酒店地理位置真的非常好，地鐵，公交都很方便，步行至湖濱也就10分鐘左右，中間還會穿過繁華的銀泰in77，考慮地理位置的可以毫不猶豫選擇。其次，工作人員的服務態度都很好，很理解客人（感謝前台帥哥的照顧，忘記問你名字啦！謝謝你們😊），整體體驗非常nice，父母也都很滿意。最後説到房間，考慮到酒店的性價比，年代，這個價位的大小是完全可以接受的，也不吵鬧，父母也表示睡得很好。房間遠眺西湖，很美～空間佈局合理，不是那種特別大的，但行李不多足夠了，床品也都很舒適，房間水供應足足足足的！早餐在頂樓旋轉餐廳，可以看着西湖吃飯，也可以俯瞰到通往湖濱的路！龍翔橋附近吃的真的很多hhh，點外賣也很方便！另外酒店自己的紅豆包也很好吃！總之，友好飯店確實很友好，適合家庭出遊，不愧是我朋友傾情推薦多次的酒店，有機會再來杭州一定再來住！夕陽和日出時刻都是酒店看出去的風景～（要用相機拉焦距的哈）

房間佈局非常合理，雙床兩個1.4米的，很大睡得開，窗台還做了沙發，可以休息還堅固看風景，很用心的設計，帶着長者和孩子，休息很好，樓下超市，水果店，商場應有盡有，去西湖走路七八分鐘，非常之推薦。

到酒店已經快23點了，前台依然很熱情， 毫無倦意，定了兩間房，免費給升級湖景房， 沒有比坐在房間裏，泡龍井茶，看西湖， 更讓人放鬆的事了，酒店交通便利，地鐵 公交站都近在咫尺，最熱鬧的商圈杭州銀泰就幾分鐘的路，吃飯購物選擇多多。最後表揚一下酒店工作人員，服務熱情周到，衞生打掃乾淨及時， 有物品遺忘在房間， 阿姨交給前台後，前台主動和我溝通，並順豐快遞。真的很感動。

酒店地理位置好，鬧中取靜，步行5分鐘就到西湖景區。前台服務生態度好並且幫忙升級了行政客房，另外住宿客人可以免費停車。
酒店早餐非常捧，在酒店20層頂樓旋轉廳，360度看西湖與杭州城市美景。
