Zheda Yuanzheng Lanshe Hotel (Hangzhou Xihu Hefang Street)

The hotel's location is super convenient, really close to the subway station. They also have a parking lot, and it's free during your stay. There are plenty of dining options nearby too. You can catch a bus right outside the hotel that goes directly to West Lake, and you're practically on Hefang Street and Drum Tower, both great for exploring! The hotel's value for money is pretty good, and the room was quite clean. I definitely recommend staying here.

This hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! There's a bus stop right outside the main entrance, and if you turn left and walk less than 500 meters, you'll hit Southern Song Imperial Street and Hefang Street, which are packed with creative cultural shops and trendy photo spots. The hotel itself has a gorgeous retro decor, very old-money style and super tasteful. Plus, coffee, milk tea, and chrysanthemum tea are all complimentary and free-flowing. They also have an underground parking garage, which is a huge plus if you're driving.

Retro decor and a great ambiance. The staff were very attentive and even gave me a local guide, which made me feel really secure. I hope to stay here again next time I'm in Hangzhou.

The hotel's location is fantastic, and the decor has that old Shanghai民國 (Republic of China era) charm. They even have qipaos available for guests. Many small details are thoughtful, like the smart home system controlled by Tmall Genie, and non-slip mats in the shower. The staff are also very warm and attentive.

The hotel staff were incredibly helpful. They assisted me with purchasing tickets and patiently helped me find directions to attractions. The room was also clean, spacious, and very comfortable.

This time, my parents and daughter went on a trip to Fuyang. We booked a hotel there and were generally very satisfied. The front desk staff who handled both check-in and check-out were very enthusiastic. The twin beds were 1.3 meters wide and very comfortable to sleep on. The bathroom had a wet/dry separation, and there was even a privacy screen at the sink area, which offered excellent privacy protection. The room's facilities and equipment were also smart and quite comprehensive. It was a very satisfying experience.

Facilities: The Tmall Genie is very smart! Cleanliness: Super clean, there's a laundry room, and the front desk even thoughtfully helped me dry my washed clothes. Environment: It's really close to West Lake and Hefang Street. There are lots of great food options nearby. If you turn left when you go out, there's a super affordable creative souvenir shop. Service: Nothing more to say, absolutely excellent!

The room was very large and spacious. The service attitude was excellent, and the bathtub was clean and hygienic.
