The room lighting was too dim for my liking, and I could hear a lot of door banging from next door. The breakfast selection was good, but make sure to go early, otherwise, there won't be much left.

The front desk service was mediocre. The package description clearly stated it included breakfast for 2 adults and 2 children, but the female receptionist claimed the hotel never offers such a thing. I used both packages on the same day, and I never saw the welcome drinks. Breakfast was unremarkable, though filling. Pros: Convenient for driving out; the subway station isn't far; the bed was comfortable enough.

This time, during my stay at the Longxi Sheraton Hotel, my son accidentally left his backpack on the sofa in the billiards room. I contacted Jason from the hotel, and he quickly helped me find it. Traveling with my family, including the elderly and a child, we had a really great experience here. 'Orange' at check-in was incredibly nice, answering all our questions and fulfilling every request. She had an excellent attitude, even proactively offering toiletries for the child and helping my elderly parents with their luggage. The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of dining options nearby. The breakfast offered a rich selection of both Western and Chinese dishes. We'll definitely come back next time!

The front desk staff were very thoughtful and upgraded our room. We encountered a minor issue in the room, but the housekeeping staff and front desk were very helpful and resolved it quickly. Overall, it was a good experience. The room was spacious, and the pillows were incredibly comfortable! I especially loved the mirror in the room, it was great for taking pictures! It's also close to the subway, so I'll definitely visit again if I have the chance! Hope the hotel continues to thrive!

The hotel is quite old. I'm not sure if it's because of the Chinese New Year, but the service was practically non-existent. We had to take our luggage up to the room ourselves using a trolley. They also wouldn't let delivery robots bring food up to the room. The breakfast was unbelievably bad.

The hotel is conveniently located outside the restricted zone for non-local vehicles, with easy parking and EV charging. It's also close to the subway, making it super convenient to get to West Lake or go hiking. The front desk staff were really welcoming and proactively explained where breakfast and the gym were. The minibar offers two complimentary drinks for guests. The room was a standard Sheraton – comfortable overall. However, the shower could use some improvement; the water pressure was inconsistent, sometimes too strong, causing water to spray onto the bathroom floor. The desk was spacious. There was a note on the desk stating the pool opens at 6:30 AM, which gave a sense of old-school professionalism. But when I actually tried it, I found the water to be too cold. The walk from the changing room to the pool was only about 15 degrees Celsius at best, let alone the test of willpower walking back soaking wet from the pool. A big thanks to the lifeguard, though, who kindly offered me a dry towel; otherwise, I would have been absolutely frozen. Neither the dry nor wet saunas in the changing room were on, so no luck warming up. This was around 8 AM, which might have been a bit early, but given the 6:30 AM opening time, staff had already been working for over an hour. If operating costs are an issue, perhaps they shouldn't have such long opening hours, to avoid potential negative experiences altogether. Breakfast was good value, and the coffee was nice.
