The hotel's location is excellent, right outside the subway station. The room was clean and bright, very comfortable. Room service was also attentive, and the food was delicious.

The room's location is excellent, right at the entrance of Fengqi Road subway station, and downstairs there's the distinctive Dongdafang restaurant. However, parking was extremely tight during the National Day holiday. It was great that they arranged for us to park at the nearby Children's Hospital and reimbursed the parking fee. The room was very clean, and the bay window even had a small sofa, perfect for sitting or placing items. The room was compact but well-organized and functional, and there was a mini-fridge with drinks. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Small but perfectly formed. The breakfast was delicious! I had several bowls of the freshly made wontons. It's very close to the scenic area and right by the subway station.

The hotel boasts an excellent location. It's right next to Zhiweiguan, and the entrance to Fengqi Road Station (subway lines 1 & 2) is just outside. Kerry Center is across the street, and West Lake is a mere 15-minute walk away. While the breakfast selection isn't extensive, each item is well-prepared and delicious. A downside is the lack of on-site parking; guests need to use the multi-storey car park at the Haier Road intersection to the north, which can be inconvenient for getting in and out. This hotel is ideal for travelers without a car.

Let's start with the positives: The hotel's location is excellent. It's just a short walk from Fengqi Road subway station and quite close to the Broken Bridge at West Lake, about a 20-minute walk away. Nearby, you'll find Hubin Yintai and Kerry Centre, making it very convenient for dining and shopping. Now for the negatives: 1. The room's soundproofing is terrible. On the first night, I could hear the TV from the next room, and on the second night, I could hear a child crying next door. I assume the hotel is aware of this, as earplugs were provided in the room. 2. I'm not sure if it was because of the holiday rush or something else, but on the first day, housekeeping didn't come to clean until 5 PM. Since I had a baby sleeping, they only replaced the toiletries and towels.

The rooms are exquisite, the service is excellent, and breakfast is delightful. What stood out particularly is the convenient location, with the subway station right at the doorstep. It's incredibly close to West Lake, making it a fantastic spot for both leisure and business travelers.

Facilities: Overall pretty good, generally new, which is decent for this location. Hygiene: Very well cleaned, spotless. Environment: It's quite small, almost walked past it. The parking lot isn't very close; the closest one belongs to someone else, so you have to park haphazardly and can't go directly through to the hotel. However, its location is a huge plus, excellent. It's only a 15-20 minute walk to West Lake, and there are many restaurants nearby. The hotel breakfast is just average, not particularly special, quite ordinary. Service: The front desk service was great, they patiently answered all questions. They even planned the most efficient route for me to Lingyin Temple, which was a nice touch.
