Overall experience was great. The free hotel wifi was a bit of a challenge to connect but the reception was helpful to assist. The West Lake was quite a distance to walk (~1km) but it was a good exercise after having lots of night market food. The Wulin night market was very close to the hotel and had lots of variety of food, and things to buy.

The service was truly excellent, absolutely impeccable. It's also very convenient for getting around; it's just a 50-meter walk from Exit D3 of Line 1. Facilities: The room has everything you need, but it's not immediately obvious where things are. You really have to search for them. The bedside outlets are quite far away. The hairdryer outlet is on the side of the cabinet and requires a careful search, and the toiletries are wrapped in white canvas and placed inside the cabinet.

CP value is the highest, the room is super clean and spacious, the front desk staffs are friendly and helpful! :) appreciate every little bit here. There is convenient stores, F&B, metro stations etc just within walking distance. Would highly recommend couples/ friends to stay!!!

The hotel has a lovely lobby and games room. Me and my partner enjoyed free games of pool and table tennis, as well as this their laundry facilities are free to use. The rooms are clean and modern- I hope I get to return one day!

The front desk is on the 5th floor. The room was clean and tidy, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. The breakfast was delicious, and the front desk staff were very welcoming.
