在酒店住了六晚上，加了經理女士的短訊，溝通起來都是秒回，給我在杭州旅遊很多幫助 ，謝謝。進入酒店大門就感到多多的暖意，前台，餐廳，房嫂都很專業，微笑問好，有求必應。餐廳補菜及時，品種豐富，當地特色基本都有了，還有專門的西點區。
熱情的服務，完善的設施，優越的地理位置，豐富的早餐，西湖遊的最佳落腳點之一。

之前都是入住在周邊酒店，第一次入住酒店前台小姐姐服務熱情友善，安排升級的房間給我第一次入住體驗，內心哇塞！
露台花園景色一絕，斷橋 音樂噴泉 雷峯塔凈收眼底。
房間一應俱全裝修風格不錯，非常整潔乾淨。衞生間還有的衞洗麗的老酒店是不多見。

在杭州住到了絕佳的酒店！地理位置優越，離西湖步行 6 7 分鐘，地鐵站很近，邊上就是林隱寺專線。
酒店文化元素濃厚，有體驗館，卡通屋，適合家庭帶小朋友過來。
前台特別友好，服務也很熱情，回答問題也比較專業，我問題很多，安排的房間更是考慮我們家人方便！特別是入住還送了一個卡通熊，小朋友大朋友都很喜歡。杭州旅遊超值推薦！

交通：酒店在1號線龍翔橋D出口大概幾分鐘路程，離西湖近，周邊是湖濱銀泰等商業步行街，妥妥的市中心，出行很方便。
環境設施：這棟樓外觀看上去有些年代感，但進到酒店內，滿滿的温馨感，已經佈置了聖誕氛圍，大堂香香的很好聞。一樓有健身房，早餐自助在二樓，18F還有個觀景平台，能到望到西湖～
衞生：訂得豪華雙床房在15F，房間不小，挺乾淨的，看得出衞生間是後期改造出了淋浴房，不用站在浴缸裏洗澡，真挺好。關鍵淋浴水很大很熱，下水還超快，這點就已經很滿足了。
這家酒店整體性價比還是可以的，就是靠近馬路這邊的隔音不是太好，一直刷到杭州汽車禮讓行人，但怎麼不禁止汽車鳴笛呢？大晚上的還能聽到喇叭聲，有點影響休息呢！

房間就住了一晚有點倉促，前台服務很熱情周到，給安排升級了高層的房間，樓層房間很安靜 一晚上休息的也很好。 樓層上也有一些馬可波羅的元素 很有風格。
酒店位置很好的 出門打車都很方便，早餐吃的很好，品種豐富！
據説 18 樓有屋頂花園可以看看西湖，可惜這次行程不允許，下次有機會想來看看。

進酒店大廳就有很濃厚的香氛，非常獨特的味道！
一到大堂，前台服務員就熱情的禮貌的接待了我們，如沐春風的感覺！杭州酒店服務不錯。在就是安排的房間安靜舒適寬敞明亮，解決了我們的實際困難！
特色是酒店大堂有星巴克咖啡，有個小型的馬可波羅體驗管。3 樓有洗衣房也比較方便。
