CityNote Hotel (Hangzhou Xihu Lakeside Yintai Branch)

Stayed with a friend and we absolutely loved it! The location is super convenient, really close to West Lake and Hubin Yintai, making it easy to go shopping and grab a bite. The room was clean and refreshing, and the zero-pressure mattress was incredibly comfortable. The smart room control system was also a great convenience. Hygiene, environment, and service were all top-notch. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Hangzhou~

The hotel's location is super close to West Lake, making it really convenient to grab dinner and shop at Intime in the evenings. The room was also very clean and tidy. Breakfast ending at 12 PM was a lifesaver for a late riser like me – I could sleep in, have breakfast, and even go back to the room to relax a bit since checkout isn't until 2 PM, yay! The front desk lady was also really friendly! I'd definitely come back again!~

The room type is great, and the breakfast is very good. The room design is stylish. This hotel offers excellent value for money in the West Lake lakeside area. The twin room is about 20 square meters, which is quite compact. The TV can cast screens and is a Xiaomi brand, which is very user-friendly. The rooms are located on floors 9-12, making them relatively quiet. It's a great spot that's peaceful despite being in a bustling area.

The heating was good, and there was plenty of hot water, which was perfect for coping with Hangzhou's winter.
