Dongpo Hotel

My room was on the third floor, right next to the elevator. There were kids running up and down the hallway past 10 PM, and doors opening and closing constantly, making it very noisy. Around 6 or 7 in the morning, the plumbing noise from the next room was extremely loud and constant. I couldn't get a good night's sleep. Overall, the soundproofing is terrible and the room is very noisy. The only positive is its location right in a commercial district; otherwise, there isn't a single good thing about it. The slippers provided were not disposable, and it's impossible to hail a taxi outside the hotel, making travel quite inconvenient!

The room was very clean and well-equipped. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to West Lake – just across the road. It's also quite near the boat dock, and the in77 shopping mall is nearby, making shopping very convenient.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's right in the Intime In77 commercial area. From the hotel, it's just a three-minute walk to West Lake, where you can take a boat. A five-minute walk will get you to Jixian Pavilion. Plus, it's only a three to five-minute walk to Pop Mart and the musical fountain – super convenient! The hotel breakfast is also great and very rich. The staff are warm and welcoming, and the service is excellent. Dongpo Jiayan restaurant is conveniently located on the second floor, making dining easy. My mom and I were both extremely satisfied with our stay during our trip.

The hotel's location is perfect, and the cleaning lady was very enthusiastic. However! The wallpaper in the entire room was severely moldy, the room smelled terrible, and the hallway had a strong odor as well.

Check-in at the front desk was fast, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The room was clean and tidy, and the cleaning lady came to tidy up every morning, always greeting us. The hotel's location is excellent, just a two-minute walk from West Lake. There are plenty of restaurants, bus stops, and subway stations nearby. I'll definitely stay at Dongpo Hotel again next time I'm in Hangzhou.

The room's decor was charmingly antique, and it came with a tea set for brewing. The front desk staff were very considerate; they allowed us to extend our check-out by 2 hours because my elderly family member was ill. However, the plastic cosmetic bag and disposable toiletries, including the comb and toothbrush, couldn't be taken away. Also, it seems hotels no longer provide conditioner and body lotion these days :(

The location is excellent, and the service is also great. Sister Yu reserved my favorite room type for me; she was very enthusiastic, and I'm very grateful. I've already returned to Guizhou and will visit again next time. The food on the second floor was also decent.

The room was clean and tidy, and the service was excellent. They even helped with our luggage. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The location was absolutely superb, just across the road from West Lake, right where the fountain shows are held. It's also very close to Metro Line 1, which made getting there from the train station incredibly convenient. We didn't get to see the special 'Exquisite Double Afternoon Tea' – I guess we checked in too late. I would definitely recommend this to friends.
