Convenient location to the airport. Easy booking of airport transfer service. The hotel room is slightly older than I expected but still very clean. Comfortable bed. Breakfast spread was very good!

Receptionists need better customer service, unable to offer adequate needs of the customer when needed. The airport transfer is also hard to organise as receptionist unable to make the arrangement for you with the driver instead we have to keep making calls to the drive ourself, making it hard to communicate as we don’t have local phone number to call. I had been asking for kind airport security for his phone multiple times as the driver seems unable to confirm his arrival time. Overall, the stay itself is pleasant yet the customer service is insufficient especially for international travellers.

Location is the best thing for this hotel. Bed is clean but the room feels old, got marks on the drapes, floors some got chipped or cracked.

They helped us going to the right hotel so, we appreciated it thanks, all in all it was okay.

Close to the airport and offers free bus in the morning.

Clean room and friendly staff. Airport pickup was a plus and was easy to organise. Would recommend!

Nice Hotel but Communication Could Be Improved I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful. One great feature is the airport transportation service, which is very convenient for travelers. However, there is a problem when it comes to communication. If you don’t have a local phone number, it’s difficult to contact the hotel directly. Also, the phone number listed for the hotel on Trip.com is incorrect, which caused some confusion when trying to arrange my airport pickup. I recommend the hotel overall, but they should update their contact information and improve accessibility for international guests.

Great place for transit stay, but pick up service didn't stated clearly that need to make local call then from the answering machine press 0 to another person to get the pickup vehicle no for pick up. I have experienced even early 1 day informed but didn't told the procedure steps, end up need to take taxi to pay extra, and taxi driver said wasted his time due to short distance and his has been queuing for long time. Further more very inconvenient for foreigner that without local phone to call. We even asked the information counter to help call, the local don't even understand from the machine need to press 0 even we showed them the message of the hotel.

I'm travelling with my family with kids. The room was clean and tidy. We touch down at the airport already midnight 1am+, yet the hotel still arrange for airport pick up for us after I called. The service at the front desk was excellent. It was a great experience staying here. 👍❤️

Far from all the places but they provide free shuttle to airport.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really worth the extra money. The room was super clean, but there was a rip in the wallpaper so it’s not perfectly new place. Tv is a bit old. It’s good for the budget traveler and very very close to the airport.
