Landison Airport Hotel HangZhou

Upon check-in, the front desk mentioned there was a duplicate booking name for today. It took about 20 minutes to sort it out. The room was very dirty; the grout in the bathroom tiles was covered in black mold, and so were the showerhead nozzles. The picture above the bed was dusty, and the curtains were also dirty. Overall, it was a very poor experience.

The facilities are complete, and it's very clean. The robot delivering meals is super convenient. They even have a piano room, a chess and card room, and a gym.

The Radisson Hotel Hangzhou Xiaoshan Airport boasts a beautiful environment and is conveniently close to Terminal 4. The lobby features a coffee bar and a 24-hour convenience store. The front desk attendant, Xiao Yan, was incredibly warm and polite. Not only did she arrange our shuttle bus to the terminal for the next day, but she also patiently answered all our questions. She even upgraded us to an executive room on the 8th floor and reminded us to be downstairs at the lobby entrance 5 minutes early for the shuttle. We'll definitely be back for another stay.

The front desk staff, Xiaohua, provided excellent service. She helped me arrange a room on the eighth floor with a bathtub. She patiently asked about my flight plans and reminded me not to miss my transfer the next day.

To catch my flight, Haihong at the front desk was incredibly helpful. Seeing I was alone, she upgraded me to a King room. The next day, she even arranged a car to the airport according to my flight schedule. I'm very satisfied and will definitely stay here again next time!

Due to an early flight, I stayed at the Radisson near the airport. Haihong at the front desk was very helpful, arranging a higher floor room in a central location for me. She also made sure to book the shuttle to the terminal and informed me where to find the dental kit and slippers. Excellent service, I'll definitely stay here again.

There are quite a few Radisson brand hotels, and there's one right by the airport. The lobby is beautiful with a coffee bar. Xiao Hong at the front desk was very enthusiastic and professional. Not only did she arrange my airport transfer for the next day, but the room she assigned me was also very satisfactory. You can see a bit of the airplanes from the window, which my child loved. She even reminded us about the shuttle time. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

There's a well-stocked supermarket on the first floor. Xiao Hua at the front desk provided great service, and the fourth-floor room she arranged for my check-in was also very good. She also informed me of the breakfast times and location.
