Ren He Hotel

Overall, it's pretty convenient for dining and entertainment, but the commercial area is always crowded. It's very close to West Lake, and you get a good view of it, but it's too noisy at night. Also, the room facilities are old and outdated. The electric curtains didn't work, so I had to open them manually. The staff's attitude was just average too. Besides the nice view outside the window, everything else was really mediocre. The breakfast wasn't good either. The value for money is just so-so. I've been to Hangzhou many times, but I probably won't consider this place again.

This hotel is super convenient, right by West Lake and the Hubin Yintai shopping district. Shopping here is a breeze, and it's close to many subway and bus stations. The newly renovated rooms offer a view of West Lake and are spotlessly clean and tidy. They also offer free luggage storage. The staff are all incredibly friendly, proactive, and provide excellent service. I stay here often and highly recommend it!

The location is fantastic! It's right by the pier, so you can easily take a boat tour around West Lake. The surrounding area is packed with various commercial streets, offering plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping – you could spend an entire day exploring and still not see everything. The hotel's cleanliness was great; even during peak season, it was well-maintained. However, it's much smaller than it appears in the pictures – genuinely quite tiny. Also, if you're looking for peace and quiet, I'd advise against booking a city-view room. It gets really noisy at night, as it faces the kitchen of Hangzhou Restaurant, with delivery trucks constantly coming and going, which really disrupts sleep. The toilet and shower are separate, and the shower pressure is excellent, making for a very comfortable shower. I was a bit worried after reading reviews about low water pressure, but that wasn't an issue at all, haha. The toilet isn't a smart toilet, though; it's just a regular flush toilet. There's one big drawback: the vanity is very low. It might be perfect for kids, but adults have to bend over quite a bit to wash up, which is pretty tiring. I hope they can improve this in the future. Overall, I'm quite satisfied, and I'd recommend Renhe Hotel to anyone visiting West Lake!

The hotel's location is excellent, right by West Lake and next to in77, making it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and sightseeing. The hotel lobby and exterior are quite nice, though the room facilities are a bit dated. Fortunately, the hygiene was good, and the cleaning staff was very attentive. When we asked for more water, it was delivered very quickly. The front desk staff downstairs were also very polite. If the price is right, I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Fantastic location, right by West Lake Intime. Very convenient. Breakfast could use some improvement. It can get a bit noisy facing the street, and the soundproofing isn't great, but the location makes up for everything. This is my second stay here!
