Midtown Shangri-La, Hangzhou

First time in Hangzhou, West Lake was a must-visit. Took a night cruise for 50 yuan, and there was a guide narrating, which was great and very pleasant. During the day, I also took a hand-rowed boat, which was incredibly beautiful. After looking at many hotels, I decided to book Shangri-La. Even though it's an older hotel, the butler service is excellent and very thoughtful. Cleanliness: Clean Environment: 5 stars, I'd say Service: Attentive

Cleanliness: The overall hygiene was good, clean and tidy. Service: The staff were all very enthusiastic and appeared well-trained. Highlights: The location is great, with direct access to Kerry Centre from the second floor, making dining and shopping very convenient. I would consider staying here again next time.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's right in the heart of a bustling commercial district, so great food and shopping are literally on your doorstep. Getting around is a breeze with the subway nearby, and it's even an easy stroll to West Lake. The rooms are clean, bright, and well-maintained. The staff, especially Doris, Clara, and Xenia, provided incredibly thoughtful and attentive service. Plus, the breakfast spread is delicious and plentiful. Whether you're traveling for leisure or just staying for a bit, this place is an ideal choice.

After many years, I revisited Hangzhou with my parents and wanted to choose a convenient and relatively new hotel. The Shangri-La Hotel, Hangzhou, immediately caught my eye. The day before check-in, a concierge proactively contacted me to inquire about our room and check-in preferences. The hotel environment is excellent; cleanliness and comfort are paramount for older guests. During our stay, the team of Emma, Clara, and Xenia frequently checked in on us, attentive to our needs. Every staff member we encountered was very friendly, truly making us feel at home. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and my parents thoroughly enjoyed it. West Lake is just a short walk away, and it's close to various shopping areas. If we didn't want to venture far, the hotel's restaurants and the adjacent Kerry Centre provided plenty of convenient dining options. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Hangzhou.

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times, and its location is incredibly convenient, directly connected to Kerry Center and Metro Line 1. The hotel rooms are elegantly decorated. The hotel's butlers and staff, Xenia, Doris, and Clara, are very responsible and enthusiastic. Before arrival, the hotel staff proactively called to inquire about my travel plans, including my estimated arrival time, so they could arrange my check-in in advance. During my stay, they also checked in with me to see if I needed any assistance. I'm very grateful for the hotel's warm hospitality.

The best choice for a trip to Hangzhou! The location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around. The front desk staff was incredibly warm and attentive; they even proactively upgraded my room. The executive floor was very quiet, and the room layout was well-planned, perfect for relaxing and getting good rest. The surrounding area is fantastic – you can take a leisurely stroll around West Lake, shop at Kerry Centre, or explore the Wulin Night Market for some great food and atmosphere. This will definitely be my go-to hotel for all future trips to Hangzhou!

This is a good, established five-star hotel. Both the facilities and services are excellent, and the location is fantastic. It's just a short walk to West Lake, and there are plenty of dining and drinking options nearby. It's also quite affordable compared to other five-star hotels in the area.
