The hotel is located down a small alley. Driving in is manageable, but getting out is a hassle, as the area next to it is like a bustling wet market with many pedestrians. I was constantly worried about scrapes and bumps. Parking was also quite difficult; even though there were spots, others would easily get scratches when leaving. The soundproofing in the room was decent, but the facilities were just average, and the air conditioning wasn't very warm. On the plus side, there are plenty of food options nearby, which was nice!

The hotel offers free parking, but spots are limited, so finding one during peak season depends on luck if you're driving. The room was quite clean, and when I asked for an extra duvet for my two kids, it was delivered promptly. However, I paid more through Ctrip than what others paid, and didn't even get breakfast. Some guests paid less and got breakfast included, so I went to inquire at the front desk. The male staff member there said he wasn't the one who booked it and didn't know anything about it. He was dismissive and had a bad attitude, which was quite unpleasant.

We stayed in Hanghzhou for two nights. The staff was extremely friendly and nice (they even offered us breakfast for free). The room was big, clean and quiet, the bathroom and facilities were amazing. If we ever come back to Hangzhou, we'll definitely come back! Thank you

A really good option to stay in a nice affordable hotel close to Wu Lake with a pretty lively neightbourhood. The food is not to shabby but good enough to get you ready and there are good restaurants nearby.
