There is a lot of food near the hotel, and the front desk attitude is good, but the hygiene is really bad. The toilet seat and pillow quilt were visible to the naked eye. The next day, I didn't know what bit a bag on my arm. After a long time, the bag became bigger.

Overall it's not bad, except that the barbecue shop downstairs is a bit noisy, but the hotel is equipped with earplugs, which is really good. I can barely hear any sound with the curtains closed.

客服還是不錯的，房間2點入住，12點去了，免費給把沒窗子的大床升級成標間，電梯刷卡進入，安全性不錯！房子挺大的，也挺乾淨！房子不潮濕。
但是標間臨街，有點吵，房子隔音不太好！不滿意的一點是，房子是帶早餐的，早餐卻是速凍的！稀飯壓根不能喝，第一次見這種！想在前台弄點開水也沒有！別的都還行！

前台員工服務態度很好，安排房間很滿意，房間很大很温馨，洗澡淋浴出水順暢,房間準備了一次性拖鞋，洗漱用品，床單被套也都是新的，衞生打掃的很乾凈，wifi信號也很強，直接連就可以了!本人覺得這個酒店性價比真是超級無敵棒啦!

這次預訂的這家店確實很好，房間安排的很滿意，前台服務人員很熱心周到的幫我升級了一下房型，房間配套的設施很齊全的，還有沙發真不錯、熱水淋浴用着很好很充足的，床品很乾凈住的很放心，隔音效果很好睡得很安靜，周邊就有西溪印象城商場，購物特別方便，下次一定會再來這家。
