This is a first for me. I was on a business trip and just needed a place to crash for the night. The next morning, before 8 AM, the fire alarm went off with an announcement saying there was a fire and to evacuate the building immediately. I was terrified! I grabbed my bag and rushed down from the 10th floor, only to be told it was a false alarm, some kid apparently triggered it by mistake... So frustrating. I checked out right away, my mood completely ruined and still feeling on edge.

The room was a good value for money and quite spacious compared to nearby hotels. The only downside was that the facilities were a bit old, but it was acceptable and I slept comfortably. The service attitude was also very good, but I think the laundry room could use a bit more attention to cleanliness.

When I first turned on the hot water to shower, I noticed a foul smell. I opened the faucet and saw that the water was dirty, so I didn't dare to shower. It was very late, and I was too tired, so I just went to sleep. The next day, I reported it to the front desk, and the manager came over to explain. Their attitude was very good, but there was no compensation offered. They even complained to me about how hard the cleaners work and how low their wages are, saying that if they compensated me, it would come out of the cleaner's pay. What could I do? I had to rush off later, so the issue was left unresolved.

This hotel is located in the old town area, so it's very quiet. My room had a lovely view of the park and canal. It's also very close to many attractions. The room was spotless, and there was always hot water for a comfortable shower. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. It was a fantastic stay!
