First time staying here. Very good. The room is very big. The front desk helped to upgrade the room type for free and also gave me some fruit. The service attitude is very good. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Hangzhou.

I stayed in this hotel with my child for three days. When I was leaving, my child accidentally left the conspicuous cow doll I bought from the Zhejiang Museum in the quilt. I forgot to take the (indeed worthless) earrings (but they looked very valuable). I called the hotel and they said the room cleaning colleague didn't see it. They lied. The things are not valuable, but the conspicuous cow doll is hard to buy. They lied and said they didn't pick it up. I was really impressed. They don't even have basic business ethics.
