I had a really great stay at this hotel. The receptionist was especially amazing, she was very patient with me and incredibly accommodating. The room itself was clean and the location is excellent, about a 15-minute walk to Hangzhou East Railway Station, with plenty of delicious restaurants nearby.

Facilities: The room space was good, and both the air conditioning and TV were new. Hygiene: The bathroom was clean with no strange odors, and the linens were changed for each guest. I saw the cleaning staff changing them in every room in the morning. Environment: It's very close to the East Station, and it's quiet at night, which is great for sleeping. Service: The front desk attendant was very enthusiastic and even upgraded my room for free. The service definitely deserves a thumbs up! 👍

Honestly, it's more like a hostel environment. The cleanliness was just okay, and the room was tiny. The service was decent, but it definitely wasn't good value for money. However, its location right next to the train station was convenient for catching a train.

No two bottles are provided. Laundry room is for washing only, the machine does not perform drying function, so decide what you wanna wash. The good thing is near to some local eateries and the east railway station.
