I had an early morning flight to Weihai, and the location was absolutely perfect, right next to the airport. You could walk there, but it's not very convenient as it's mostly car lanes. Luckily, there's a shuttle bus right outside the hotel that takes you to the terminal.

Great location, with plenty of eateries and convenience stores right downstairs. The decor is simple, stylish, clean, and hygienic, though there was a slight leak from the sink in the room. The laundry room with both washer and dryer was very convenient. At a price of just over 300, it offers good value for money. 😊

First off, I had no idea how to get to the hotel from the airport. I called the hotel twice and no one picked up, nor did they call back. After finally finding the shuttle bus to the hotel, the front desk gave me a very dirty key card. The room itself was large, but both walls were completely cracked. The booking page said airport transfers were available, but when I asked the hotel, they just told me to take the shuttle, which was fine as it was convenient. However, the sofa and backrest in the room were so dirty they were unusable. Luckily, the bedding was okay, and the hotel's proximity to the airport was a plus. The front desk staff didn't even wear uniforms, and their attitude wasn't very friendly! A really bad experience overall.

Only a 3-minute drive from the airport, making it a great choice for early morning flights. The room was clean and tidy, and I could see the Xiaoshan Airport building from my window. The only downside was a bit of noise from planes taking off and landing.

The room's carpet was full of bugs. We switched rooms, but it was still the same – lots of bugs. I was bitten, and my bites swelled up and became pus-filled. The staff even said that insect repellent was useless and only fire could kill them! Absolutely terrible, a one-star rating!!!

The Manju Hotel is actually impossible to reach on foot from the airport terminal or metro station. Trip and map apps show a route but it is not possible to follow. I had to get a Baidu no.1 shuttle bus to the Airport Comprehensive Service Building and then look for the hotel. Signage for the bus was in Chinese so NOT recommended if you don’t speak Chinese. On arrival, the helpful staff pre booked a transfer for the next morning but it didn’t run and so back to the shuttle bus. Room was spacious and comfortable but with stained carpet. Unlike other reviews, the room faced the airport runways so there was aircraft noise. From the room layout plan, some rooms will have this issue. So book with care and avoid if you want direct airport terminal access and if you don’t know Chinese.

This hotel is right above the Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport comprehensive service building. You can get there by taking Airport Shuttle Bus Line 1 or 3 from the airport. Although the rooms are a bit dated, its proximity to the airport and affordable price make it an excellent choice for short trips. I'm really satisfied!

I booked a 'Manju' room (with a smart toilet), but the staff swapped it for a 'Manxiang' room (with a traditional toilet). I insisted on staying in the quiet 'Manju' room I originally booked, but they tried to tell me the 'Manxiang' was a 'Manju' room (even though I saw other 'Manju' rooms that weren't near the runway around 3 AM). They treated me like an *****! My room was right by the airport runway, and planes were taking off and landing non-stop until 2 or 3 AM, the noise was unbearable and I couldn't sleep. They were dishonest and tried to trick me! After much back and forth, they finally agreed to change our room, but it was already 2 or 3 AM, and everyone was asleep. It was a complete waste of time and energy. I hope management addresses this dishonesty and poor service. This kind of behavior is damaging for both parties!

It is a scam. When we checked in they asked us to pay extra 846 Yuan at hotel for room. We already paid 27.84 USD online for the basic room fully paid. That means they were asking over $130 dollars for a basic room. No hotel in that area for that quality sells 130 dollar Chinese rooms. Cracked walls. Stained carpets. I bet the reception was trying to get a nice bonus for himself! Thank you to trip for stepping in.

Fast service and good value. It's very close to the airport, which is convenient. The shuttle bus route 1 is also really handy. The convenience store downstairs has good snacks. Dinner delivery is easy too. The only thing is the cleanliness could use some improvement.
