The room was very comfortable and the environment was great. The hotel is conveniently located right by MixC. Leo provided exceptional service, responding quickly to all our requests during our stay. I'll definitely choose Park Hyatt again next time I'm in Hangzhou.

Celebrating my birthday in Hangzhou in July! This time, I chose the Park Hyatt over the Four Seasons, as the latter felt a bit dated. The decor at the Hangzhou Park Hyatt is quite similar to the one in Changsha, which I really like (the Beijing Park Hyatt is a bit too understated for my taste). I had informed both Ctrip and the hotel in advance about my birthday, and I was pleasantly surprised by their celebratory gestures. Thank you to the hotel for making it special! They decorated the room, upgraded my room type, and even sent a small cake. The hotel is conveniently located right above MixC Mall, so dining and shopping options are abundant! Given the sweltering heat, choosing the Park Hyatt was a brilliant decision (I later went to Jinsha restaurant at the Four Seasons, and the traffic there was quite a shock). The breakfast was also delicious, served semi-buffet style (the menu is in the last picture). You absolutely must try the braised pork ribs with rice noodles – it’s yummy! 😋

Excellent stay! I got a free room upgrade, and the service was fantastic. The food was delicious, and they even gave me a souvenir, which left a great impression of Hangzhou. The view was absolutely stunning!

The room layout is simple yet luxurious, making for a very relaxing and peaceful stay. Breakfast was abundant, and the night view was also beautiful. Additionally, Lyle was excellent and provided attentive service. I will definitely choose Park Hyatt again for my next business trip.

My stay at Park Hyatt Hangzhou was exceptional. The high-altitude river view offered a breathtaking panorama, and the room was clean and comfortable. The overall service was meticulous and attentive. She was always responsive to my requests, patient, gentle, and attentive to every detail, making my trip incredibly comfortable.

Online reviews raved about the breakfast, and it definitely lived up to the hype! We stayed for two nights, and there was a slight hiccup this morning when my child asked for broccoli and muffins, only to be told they were out. It was a bit disappointing, but thankfully, the hotel's follow-up was good, and they apologized, hoping to improve in the future. The afternoon tea was quite nice, and the shopping was convenient!

The room design is incredibly unique with a lovely Chinese aesthetic. For our anniversary, the hotel upgraded us to a room with a view of the Qiantang River, and they even set up a romantic scene with a bottle of red wine for celebration. You can also contact guest services to have food deliveries brought directly to your room. Jessica at the front desk was very professional, provided clear explanations, and showed a dedicated and courteous attitude.

As a long-established luxury hotel, it's remarkably well-maintained. The rooms are spacious enough, and the lobby is on the 37th floor, requiring an elevator transfer to get to the rooms. It's right next to MixC shopping mall with direct access. I was in a rush this time, so I'll have to experience it more thoroughly next time! 🤭

The room design is excellent, but you can tell the hotel has some age. It's very standard Park Hyatt service – no unnecessary chatter, but they don't make big mistakes either. It feels more suited for introverts than for an extrovert like me. The hotel breakfast quality is great, but the dining area layout could be more efficient. Waiting 20 minutes for an Americano is a bit much. The in-room dining quality was good.

The room decor was very stylish. The staff, especially Jessica, was very responsive to our needs and provided a lot of help. A very good experience.

The hotel's location is excellent, close to MixC Mall and the subway station, making dining, shopping, and travel very convenient. The staff provides great service, being welcoming and actively resolving guests' issues. The hotel breakfast is quite varied, and the pool and gym are also good. However, there are many shortcomings in the hardware facilities, which negatively impact the hotel's value for money: Firstly, the mattresses haven't been replaced in a long time, so the sleeping area is sunken. This was true for both rooms, leading to back pain after sleeping. Secondly, the bathroom's toiletries cabinet is surprisingly on the floor, requiring an awkward bend to retrieve items every time. Thirdly, the shower column is too close to the bathtub, and the showerhead cannot be adjusted up or down, making showering while standing feel cramped and uncomfortable. Fourthly, the vanity has a mirror TV that is unclear and largely useless, serving no real purpose. Furthermore, there's a sink next to the toilet but no hand soap, meaning one can only rinse hands after using the restroom.

My stay at Park Hyatt Hangzhou was an amazing experience! The hotel boasts an excellent location, spacious and tidy rooms, and stunning frontline river views. The overall decor is very elegant. A special thanks to Jessica, who was incredibly patient and thorough with everything from check-in to answering my inquiries. Her service was both thoughtful and professional, making me feel truly valued. The dining quality was excellent, the facilities were comprehensive, and the butler service was top-notch. It's definitely a top choice for accommodation when visiting Hangzhou, and I'll be back again!

I'm writing specifically to commend Tyler (Tian Yu), a member of your hotel's front desk staff. During my stay, I accidentally left my phone in a Didi car in Shanghai. As I only had a tablet with me, I couldn't make calls to contact the driver or customer service, so I had to ask the hotel front desk for help. Tyler was incredibly patient and responsible throughout the entire process. He not only proactively helped me call customer service but also assisted me in connecting to Wi-Fi and guided me step-by-step on how to use my existing device to contact the platform and locate my phone. Because the whole process was quite complicated, I was at the front desk for nearly 20 minutes, but Tyler never showed any impatience. Instead, he diligently helped me until a clear solution was found. For a hotel front desk, this might not be part of their regular duties, but Tyler was still willing to spend extra time and effort to help a guest in need. Ultimately, I successfully recovered my phone, which was very important to me. This experience left a very deep impression on me regarding your hotel's service. More than the facilities themselves, I believe what truly determines the quality of a hotel's service is whether employees are willing to go the extra mile when guests encounter unexpected situations, and Tyler did exactly that. Therefore, I want to specifically commend Tyler to the hotel management team and sincerely hope that the hotel can convey this review to his direct supervisor and give him internal recognition or an award for his service. Dedicated, patient, and responsible employees like Tyler truly deserve to be noticed and acknowledged.
