I was very satisfied with my stay. The room was spacious and clean, and I even received a welcome fruit platter. They also granted a late check-out, which was great. I'll definitely come back next time!

I'm very satisfied; both times I've stayed here have been excellent. The MixC mall right downstairs is super convenient, the breakfast is plentiful, and the pool is very clean. I'll definitely come back! A special shout-out to Mickey, whose butler service was incredibly gentle and thoughtful~

I came to Hangzhou for a wall! 🧐 (Park Hyatt Hangzhou) “An elegant, understated, and tranquil mansion” – that’s the phrase that comes to mind when I think of the Park Hyatt. The hotel’s underground passage leads directly to MixC City, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. However, situated in a commercial district, the Park Hyatt might not be your top choice if your main goal is to visit various tourist attractions or sample authentic local cuisine. It’s better suited for a hotel-centric travel style, where you primarily enjoy the hotel's amenities, leisurely explore the surroundings, swim, and work out. Lobby + Public Areas In the evening, the lobby is quiet and elegant. During happy hour, the hotel offers champagne, and sitting by the window, enjoying the Hangzhou city views, is quite delightful. Rooms (Park Hyatt Deluxe Room, 63 sqm) 1. Bedroom: I had long been captivated by the decorative panel behind the Park Hyatt's bed after seeing it online. After turndown service, upon returning to the room, I was surprised to find that the light filtering through the panel behind the bed created a shimmering, dancing effect, reminiscent of plum blossoms swaying in the sunset. The room's overall style is traditional and understated. A long, comfortable desk is provided, which was very pleasant to use. Many cleverly designed small items in the room are exquisite and beautiful. 2. Bathroom: The shower room and toilet are designed as separate spaces, which is convenient for simultaneous use without awkwardness. The bathroom is equipped with large bottles of Le Labo #33 amenities; the dispensing quality was acceptable (a subtle jab at a certain Park Hyatt in Kunming [disappointed emoji]). The toilet is a TOTO smart toilet – a luxurious touch. 🏙️ Location & Transportation The Park Hyatt Hangzhou is located at No. 1366 Qianjiang Road, within Tower A of China Resources Building, in the core area of Hangzhou's Qianjiang New City. Its geographical location is excellent: Convenient Transportation: The hotel's underground passage leads directly to MixC City, and Qianjiang Road Metro Station is nearby (approx. 186 meters from the hotel), making travel easy. Abundant Surroundings: It is adjacent to large shopping malls like MixC City, offering a diverse range of shopping and dining options. While it's a bit far from the West Lake Scenic Area, it's quite convenient to reach landmarks like Qianjiang New City's City Balcony. 🏮 Design Style & Lobby The design of Park Hyatt Hangzhou blends modern style with local Hangzhou cultural elements, creating an elegant and understated overall ambiance. Chinese Aesthetics: The hotel's design incorporates traditional Chinese landscape charm. Guest rooms also feature plum blossom-themed decorations (such as the headboard panel, lighting, and cabinets), offering classical elegance with a modern touch. Sky Lobby: The hotel's front desk is located on the 37th floor, providing expansive views and a serene atmosphere. Enjoying happy hour here in the evening, overlooking the city, is a wonderful experience. 🛏️ Guest Room Experience Design Details: The guest room design is ingenious, with the light and shadow effect on the panel behind the bed being a highlight. Many rooms offer views of the Qiantang River and the city skyline. Facilities & Amenities: Rooms are typically equipped with large bottles of LE LABO #33 bath amenities, smart toilets, Nespresso capsule coffee machines, etc., aiming for high-end comfort in hardware. A long desk is also provided. 🍽️ Dining Experience The dining at Park Hyatt Hangzhou is a significant highlight. Breakfast: The semi-buffet breakfast served at The Dining Room (Chao Restaurant) on the 48th floor is highly praised, offering specialty options like black truffle 'shaobing' (savory pastry), 'Pian'er Chuan' (a local noodle soup), and scallion oil noodles. The quality of the Western pastries is also well-regarded. Chinese Restaurant - Yue Xuan: Located on the 37th floor, Yue Xuan restaurant specializes in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, and Cantonese cuisines. It boasts an elegant setting with floor-to-ceiling windows offering beautiful city views, making it a choice for high-end dining. Sky Bar: The 48th-floor Dining Room Bar (Chao Bar) is a popular spot for social media check-ins, featuring an elevated outdoor terrace and a glass skywalk design. Enjoying a drink here in the evening, admiring the Qianjiang New City night view, creates a fantastic ambiance. 🏊 Leisure Facilities & Services The hotel's wellness facilities are primarily located on the 35th floor. Pool & Gym: The indoor heated pool has a strong design aesthetic, but some feedback indicates its lanes are relatively short, and its proximity to an adjacent office building might affect privacy. The gym is well-equipped with various machines, meeting basic fitness needs. Service: The hotel's service is generally on point. There are often positive comments regarding front desk reception, luggage service, and room service response time, with staff frequently described as enthusiastic and professional. ⚠️ Potential Drawbacks Elevator Transfers: Due to the sky lobby design, guests may need to transfer elevators multiple times to get from their room to the parking lot or the ground floor, which can be slightly inconvenient during busy times. 💎 In summary, the Park Hyatt Hangzhou, with its: Prime location (adjacent to MixC City and the metro) Modern Chinese design style High-quality dining experience (especially breakfast and Yue Xuan Chinese Restaurant) Overall excellent service level Spectacular high-altitude city views Is highly suitable for business travelers, tourists seeking a city getaway and modern luxury experiences, and guests prioritizing shopping and dining convenience.

Park Hyatt Hangzhou boasts a superb location, with The MixC mall directly downstairs and Raffles City also conveniently nearby. The rooms are spacious, bright, and efficiently designed, featuring a generously sized desk and a thoughtful layout. The breakfast is excellent, offering à la carte options. The bar on the 48th floor even features a glass skywalk, perfect for Instagram-worthy photos. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay and would certainly choose Park Hyatt Hangzhou again on my next visit to Hangzhou.

Modern & stylish hotel , great location , right next to Mixc mall, friendly staff, cleanliness

The hotel's location is fantastic, with shopping and entertainment conveniently close by. Alisa provided wonderfully warm and thoughtful service, making our stay very enjoyable. The bathroom features a practical wet/dry separation, and the LELABO toiletries have a delightful scent.

The Neo-Chinese decor created a very comfortable ambiance. From the high floor, the city views were expansive and absolutely stunning. The complimentary welcome fruit was of good quality, seasonal, and delicious. The top-floor Chao Restaurant offered excellent views, and breakfast was also quite distinctive. However, the dinner set meal there was quite mediocre, frankly, hovering between unappetizing and just passable.

For our Qixi Festival trip to Hangzhou, Kevin contacted me in advance and even sent a fruit platter to our room. Throughout our two-day stay, the service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive to our every need. The hotel's cleanliness and overall ambiance were excellent, ensuring a very comfortable stay. The breakfast spread was quite generous. In the evenings, we could also enjoy a drink upstairs, where the night view was absolutely stunning.

The Park Hyatt Hangzhou provided superb service. Upon arrival, Aiden from Guest Relations kindly offered us a welcome drink of freshly squeezed peach juice, which was incredibly refreshing given the high temperatures outside. This truly highlighted Park Hyatt's thoughtful guest care. Our room boasted excellent views and was extremely comfortable. We would love to return given the opportunity!

My two-night stay at Park Hyatt was largely made wonderful by Aileen and Duty Manager Bruce. Their attention to detail was impeccable; they truly thought of everything. Although there was a minor hiccup, it certainly didn't detract from an otherwise very satisfying experience. Both consistently maintained the high service standards expected of a luxury hotel. Park Hyatt is definitely a luxury choice worth recommending.

Great location. Nice room layouts. Very good breakfast. There is a mall across the street with everything you might need. Also, the area has alot of nice walkways that are like mini-parks. Great for hitting 10,000 steps. The breakfast has all the high quality standards, such as smoked salmon, omelettes and more, but they also had a few local delicacies that were brought to our table. One surprise was that the package we bought included a dining coupon. I ordered it out of curiosity, and it was surprisingly very good.

Overall it is a good hotel. We especially like the layout and the design of the room. The view is stunning and the location is excellent for shopping . The long desk and comfortable furnitures. We have a slight issue with the water pressure of the shower which is not strong enough as we would prefer. Thank you for the hospitality team and had a good stay.
