The service was exceptional, truly the gold standard among guesthouses in Qingzhiwu. Hangzhou on Saturday, December 13th was incredibly cold and windy. Even before I checked in, the owner had already instructed staff to turn on the AC in my room, so it was wonderfully warm when I arrived. I was there to participate in the 6th Hangzhou Midwinter Trail Race. Since I'm a slow runner, my finish time on the mountain was unpredictable. The owner is incredibly accommodating to all trail runners; I was significantly overdue for check-out, but they didn't charge me an extension fee. The room was fully equipped: shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were all provided, along with disposable face towels, dental kits, a hairdryer, an electric kettle, and even earplugs by the bed. The service was so thoughtful! I forgot my dental floss, and when the landlady heard, she immediately gave me her daughter's children's floss – I was so touched. I definitely want to stay here again. Next time, I hope they can add a shoehorn to the room. I forgot to mention, there are plenty of dining options around this guesthouse, including a private supermarket. It's also very close to Runlaiwu & Nanbo Mountain Coffee (Lanjiawan branch).

The place was clean, and the facilities were complete. It's convenient for getting around everywhere, and we even went to see the sunrise. Highly recommended!

It's pretty good, and the location is excellent, right next to Zhejiang University's Yuquan campus. However, the window in the room is tiny, so there's always a damp smell when I return. Also, the showerhead isn't great, and the facilities are quite old. The TV is practically unusable; even watching HD content requires payment, as does watching CCTV3 and even pirated content, sigh.

The apartment was very clean and conveniently located for getting around. My kids loved it too! Thumbs up, thumbs up, thumbs up! The owner was very friendly and it's close to West Lake, Lingyin Temple, and Leifeng Pagoda.

You can even rent electric scooters and head straight to West Lake for a ride. There are shared bikes right at the intersection, making it super easy to cycle around West Lake. The entire route is very scenic. It's also close to the botanical garden and Lingyin Temple. Service: The owner and front desk staff were very friendly and provided service with a smile. The aunties and uncles were also very enthusiastic. Highly recommended!

The B&B environment is great; it's clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The owner is also super nice. The surroundings are very quiet, and the air is fresh. There are restaurants and cafes next to the B&B. You can rent an electric scooter from the B&B and get to West Lake in about 5-10 minutes. If you use a shared bicycle, it takes about 20-something minutes to reach West Lake. I highly recommend this B&B! 🫰
