Great location, comfortable rooms, and a wonderfully friendly and genuine owner.

The location is not far from westlake area, with bus accessible near the place. Place is clean and with proper amenities. Staff is accommodating and friendly.

I stay here once a week because my child's school is nearby. I've tried several B&Bs in this area, but I always choose this one because the owner is very good at business. Guests get free use of an electric scooter, and let me tell you, that's an incredible experience! Especially when the weather is nice, riding an electric scooter around the scenic spots, through West Lake, is something most people, especially tourists, haven't experienced. You can stop anytime you see a beautiful view, take photos, and really soak it all in without getting stuck in traffic. This time, the landlady upgraded my room to a two-bedroom unit, which was great. Another advantage of staying here is that the village is genuinely quiet, making for a much more comfortable sleep than in a chain hotel. The surrounding area is full of people from Hangzhou, and you can really get a taste of local life at breakfast.

Great stay, it’s a very pretty hotel and we had a good time, Room was clean and nice. The location is amazing and the owner was very kind helped us hold our luggage and even gave us some tea as a gift. 10/10

I love the location as its walking distance to Westlake but not in the crazy city. Also opposite a bamboo forest and close proximity to LongJing Hill to see tea plantation. The surrounding feels tranquil in a “village” kind of atmosphere. The room is ok. Clean. Just nice for 2 persons. There are many homestay available in this area which I will try. Come and explore this area and dont be a sucker to the expensive tiny rooms in the city. There is a cafe nearby which has interesting coffee, a tea appreciation place where we had the most relaxing time eat and catching up and a simple humble breakfast shop selling local style breakfast. We enjoyed a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The owners were very warm and friendly, easy to talk to, and gave exceptional recommendations about what to do in the local area. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, with good views from the windows. There was a free washing machine that we used to wash our clothes, which the owners helpfully showed us how to use. Additionally, free tea was offered at all times, as were fresh bottles of water every day. Furthermore, the hotel was within easy walking distance of the West Lake, allowing us to spend every evening walking around the lake and enjoying the scenery. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to all those wishing to stay in Hangzhou. The next time that we visit the city, we certainly will stay here again.

The hygiene was quite good, no strange smells in the room or the bathroom. However, the room was a bit small, and the shower in the room I booked was also tiny, and the door was hard to push. I kept worrying I might break it if I pushed too hard. Also, I'd suggest adding a few hooks in the bathroom for towels and clothes – it's really inconvenient not having a place to hang them when showering. The location is a bit far from the popular West Lake attractions, but there's a community nearby with plenty of food options, which is convenient. You can grab a bike and cycle around, but at night, you definitely need to take a taxi back because the area is heavily covered with trees, and walking back feels too secluded.

Perfect if you want to be close to the West Lake or Yuquan Campus! The owners were super friendly and helpful and would stay again if I just need somewhere for a night!

Good accomodations! Very near the west lake, just 15 min ish walk. Around the hotel you have a good coffee cafe and a lot of restaurants. But the walls and door are not very sound proof, so when people are loud in the hall, you might be disturbed a bit.

This was my third time staying at this hotel. It’s always super convenient. The room I stayed in this time was my favorite room yet. The bathroom had a tub and the ceiling was high enough for my height. The bed was so comfortable and the air conditioner worked incredibly well

The amazingly friendly staff made my stay feel so welcoming. It does help that I can speak a bit of Chinese to make good friends, but if you can’t speak Chinese, I know the staff will try their best to help you. The queen sized room I had was spacious and clean with a south facing sunny aspect on the 3rd floor - great for this time of year (late November). XiHu is a great area, it has got charm and it’s very close to the lake and other local attractions. Being able to use the hotel’s rental e-bikes made life super convenient too. I spent 10 nights here and I will definitely come back to this warm and friendly place. 谢谢❤️

Perfect for a trip to Hangzhou! I stayed in the room with the bathtub and it was an absolute luxury! Close to the west lake and very comfortable!
