The location is convenient, very close to West Lake, and there are many malls, bus stops, and subway stations nearby. Facilities: Smart-enabled, with an 'Xiao Du' smart assistant and screen casting capabilities. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Environment: Very good.

My stay in Hangzhou this time was a delightful surprise! The hotel lobby had a beautifully curated 'check-in wall' that created a wonderful atmosphere 🦋. It was covered with travel photos of Hangzhou taken by guests, and you could even write down your travel wishes. The phrase "You say spring is not late, and I arrive in the true Jiangnan" instantly filled the space with poetic charm. The lobby also thoughtfully provided refreshing cucumber and lemon water to beat the heat. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. Overall, the hotel paid great attention to detail, making the trip feel very special. It's really a perfect place to stay when visiting West Lake. I highly recommend it!

Great hotel, clean and tidy, definitely feels like a star-rated establishment. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the room are a nice touch. It's also not far from West Lake, and the surrounding area is convenient for shopping. Too bad Hangzhou was so incredibly hot! Overall, a very good choice!

My stay was absolutely fantastic! The service was incredibly warm and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was clean, tidy, and very comfortable. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hangzhou. Plus, they even gave a small gift, which made me even happier!

The room was spacious and the facilities were quite new. Overall, the hygiene was good, but a small cockroach crawled out from under the bed during my stay, so pest control definitely needs to be strengthened. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to West Lake, making it convenient for scenic spots, shopping, and dining. There's a simple gym and self-service laundry on the F floor. The self-service laundry was fantastic for this season; after a day out, my clothes were all sweaty, so it was great to wash them clean and feel refreshed. The room service was very thoughtful; they even provided disposable toilet seat covers and left a considerate note.

The hotel offers free parking both above ground and in an underground garage. It's conveniently located near the commercial district and West Lake. You can easily take bus 1314 to popular attractions like Leifeng Pagoda, Su Causeway, Lingyin Temple, and Songcheng. A special thanks to the attentive butler for their thoughtful service!

The hotel offers free parking and is just a 10-minute walk from West Lake. The breakfast spread is excellent, and it's right next to Ding'an Road Station on Metro Line 1. The service truly stands out; everyone is very friendly and polite. This place is definitely worth a visit.
