The front desk staff's warm and attentive service when I checked in yesterday around 4 PM was incredibly satisfying, making me feel right at home. The luggage porter in the afternoon was also very thoughtful and helpful. The room was spacious and quiet. My only regret was that today's breakfast didn't have the delicious shaobing; I heard they were rotated to another Hilton!

The facilities and environment are both quite good. After comparing several hotels online, I finally chose this one. From the moment I checked in, I could tell how thoughtful they were. The room amenities are also newer.

Excellent location for a run/jog.

The hotel I booked for my client went very smoothly, with both check-in and check-out being hassle-free, and the invoicing process was also convenient. Mr.Device Zhou from the concierge department consistently followed up on my client's needs during their stay. I'm very grateful for his help, which made my client and me have a wonderful two-day experience.

Although it's an older hotel, the service and quality are still excellent. The breakfast has a good variety, with a strong Western influence, which probably explains why many international guests stay here. The hotel's surroundings are also great, right next to Tianjie, making dining and shopping very convenient. The only minor drawback is that there are very few power outlets in the room, and they're quite old. Overall, I'm satisfied!

The hotel is in such a beautiful location - right next to Jinsha lake. There are also numerous shopping centres close to the hotel if you need food or want to do a bit of shopping. Excellent experience

We stayed 1 night but that night was fantastic. Have swimming pool, gym.
