The views are fantastic and the ambiance is quite grand. I think the scent here is one of the best among Marriott properties; it's not overpowering. While the hardware is a bit dated, it doesn't detract from the overall experience, which was very comfortable. It would be great if they could add one or two more hot dishes to the executive lounge.

I was surprised to see Le Méridien, a luxury hotel, offering a flash sale on afternoon tea. For just 9.9 RMB, you can get a coffee, with latte or Americano options, which is incredible value for money. I came on a weekend afternoon to enjoy a coffee and relax for a while. Afternoon tea starts at 2:30 PM. As you enter the hotel and cross the lobby, the lobby coffee shop is on your left. The ambiance is fantastic, with seating options including bar stools and sofas. The coffee beans are high quality. The hotel is conveniently located near West Lake Scenic Area, with Metro Line 4 right next door. The guest rooms are clean and comfortable, and staff members Lance and Oliver provided excellent, friendly service. Very good overall!

Another stay at Le Méridien Hangzhou, Binjiang, and it's still that familiar feeling of reassurance. After three stays, the room types the hotel has provided have always been to my liking, with good space and natural light. The overall quality has consistently been stable; the service and facilities are always up to standard, with nothing to fault. When staying in Binjiang, choosing this hotel always puts me at ease. Oliver at the front desk called me in advance, providing excellent service, and they even show movies outside the hotel, like 'Lang Lang Shan Xiao**,' haha.

Our stay started off great with hotel butler Oliver contacting us in advance, and Eden handling our check-in seamlessly. We were a family of four, and the twin room we chose was incredibly spacious. The beds, about 1.3 meters wide, were so soft and comfortable that all four of us slept without feeling cramped at all. The room itself was spotlessly clean and well-organized, making for a very pleasant experience. The air conditioning was fantastic – it dried our clothes completely in about 30 minutes, which was super convenient for getting ready to go out. Every single staff member was incredibly attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to be helpful. They responded to our requests promptly, earning our full admiration! The breakfast was a highlight too, with a wide variety of fresh, delicious fruits. The freshly made noodles were a huge hit with the kids; my child happily ate two bowls and was thoroughly satisfied.

I chose this hotel for a conference, and it's incredibly close to the subway, just a 5-minute walk. The breakfast was really good, and overall, my stay exceeded expectations. The location is super convenient for getting around and shopping. The room layout was well-designed, feeling larger than 40 square meters, and it was very clean with all the toiletries provided. The staff, Oliver and Ava, were polite, enthusiastic, and efficient, responding quickly to everything. The overall value for money is excellent, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip!

This hotel is huge, haha! I always stay here, and sometimes they even give out snacks, haha! ~(¯▽¯~)~❤️ The hotel quality is still great. It's in Hangzhou, haha, and the breakfast is pretty good too. The quality is definitely solid.

As someone who travels frequently for business, this hotel is by far the best I've stayed in recently. The room comes with a spacious desk and the Wi-Fi is stable and fast, making it perfect for work. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and they also offer late check-out, which is incredibly convenient for long-term business travelers. The hotel is clean, and the toiletries are plentiful. Breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, including lighter options. It's also very conveniently located near office buildings and shopping malls, making dining and entertainment easily accessible. The Lianzhuang subway station is just a 5-minute walk away.

Whenever I visit Hangzhou, I try to stay here. It's not far from West Lake and also very close to Baolong City. The facilities are well-maintained, and the team is incredibly helpful. A special thanks to Mr. Han and Mr. Yu at the front desk for helping me get a river-view room. Enjoying the beautiful sunset from here was absolutely fantastic! 👍🏻

I stayed here for the weekend. The hotel is right by the Qiantang River, with excellent running tracks, greenways, and docks. You can walk about 100 meters to the riverside running path for a night stroll. The environment is incredibly relaxing. Breakfast offers a rich variety and is served until 10:30 AM. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff at the front desk, concierge, restaurant, and housekeeping were all enthusiastic, patient, and thoughtful. The hotel is located within 1 km of the subway, helping you avoid downtown traffic and crowds, and it's very convenient for visiting scenic spots and shopping. The front desk even thoughtfully kept food I left in the mini-fridge in the concierge's fridge for safekeeping. A very pleasant stay!

I absolutely love this grand hotel! The suite offered a view of the Qiantang River. Just sitting on the sofa and quietly enjoying the river view made all my work worries disappear – a real lifesaver! Service: I requested children's amenities and an extra duvet from the hotel. The room service was very gentle and deserves a thumbs-up. Oliver, the front desk staff member who checked us in, was also very friendly and provided service with a smile, which I appreciate. Location & Transportation: It's located in the Binjiang area, with convenient transportation. Soundproofing: The soundproofing in the suite was superb. Breakfast: The breakfast was fantastic, with a huge variety of options. The fruits and fresh juices were excellent, and I particularly loved the chewy pan-fried dumplings. A special shout-out to the Executive Lounge – the food during happy hour was incredible! Value for Money: Excellent value for money.

I stayed at the Le Meridien Hangzhou, Binjiang for a conference, and overall, my experience was excellent. The hotel's design is elegant, and the public areas are very comfortable. Allen and Oliver at the front desk provided thoughtful service. A pleasant surprise was the taro bread at the lobby bar – it was incredibly soft, with a rich, sweet, and smooth taro filling, clearly made with quality ingredients, and tasted fantastic. At just 15 RMB each, it's incredible value for money and was a delightful highlight of my stay. Highly recommend it!
