We booked this room specifically for the loft style, and while it felt fresh and new at first glance, as we settled in, issues started to pop up. First, the projector in the room was incredibly dim; watching a movie practically hurt my eyes. Second, the stairs in the room were really slippery, and I almost fell. Third, there should have been a fridge in the room. I contacted the front desk, and they told me the fridge in this room was being repaired. They offered to chill my items downstairs for me, but I didn't take them up on it because, for one, it's quite a hassle (the front desk phone is by the window on the second floor), and for another, I didn't want to bother them repeatedly for different items. I suggested they bring a small fridge to the room, but that wasn't possible either. I feel like in such a situation, customer service could have offered a room change. In the end, I just gave up. Finally, a small suggestion: for a hotel at this price point, I think adding an electric toilet would be a more fitting amenity.
