The room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful; they even called me when I left something behind, which was incredibly thoughtful. The price was also very reasonable, offering excellent value for money, and the location is very convenient.

As I was passing through Hangzhou, I decided to stay at this hotel. It offered excellent value for money. The breakfast, which was served at the adjacent Vienna Hotel, was very plentiful. The room was quite clean. They also provide airport shuttle service; they even picked me up at 1 or 2 AM, which was incredibly thoughtful! The front desk staff, especially the young lady, provided fantastic service.

I picked this hotel because I had a flight to catch, and their service was incredibly thoughtful. They offer an airport shuttle. I had originally planned to take the subway and then a taxi, but after calling the front desk, they informed me there was a shuttle service directly from Airport T3. Traveling with my child, I was incredibly relieved I chose this place. Because of a thunderstorm, my flight was delayed by over two hours, which meant I got to enjoy an extra two hours of sleep at the hotel. You can't imagine the relief! Highly, highly recommend!

Although the hotel's decor is a bit dated, the room was well-equipped and all facilities were fully functional. The airport pick-up service was also good. The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. One morning, when it was raining and difficult to get to breakfast, a staff member kindly lent us an umbrella.

Not too far from the airport. They offer a morning airport shuttle, which is perfect for early flights. However, the hotel is in a rather isolated location, with no amenities nearby. The facilities are good, but a bit dated.

Quit good but every 2 second u have to listen flight sound it’s annoying if one day stay for catch up next day flight it will ok 👍

Hotel room not as per expectations based on other location branches stayed

As a frequent guest of Lavande Hotels, this is the first time I've felt compelled to leave such a review. First, the room lighting was quite dim. Second, the wall outlets in the room were all so loose that plugs wouldn't stay in; the front desk eventually had to provide a power strip. Third, the automatic curtains were also broken. Fourth, regarding the morning airport shuttle, despite being the only passenger and with no earlier bookings, they refused to adjust the departure time by just 20 minutes. I had to take a taxi myself (my company covers the cost, but their rigidity felt completely unnecessary). Fifth, the hotel is a converted factory in an industrial area, and the surroundings were dark and deserted. I won't even bother listing other issues. In short, this is hands down the worst Lavande Hotel I've ever stayed at.

For the low price, it’s a very decent hotel. Hotel is quite old but well maintained. The free airport shuttle is a bonus.

Very quiet , calm and clean hotel just before your long flight . Airport transfers were easy. Hotel staff very nice . I will stay again

The room is big, and clean. Staff so kind. Location near the airport around 4 or 5 km, and there are transport to airport for free.
