Having stayed at Mercure hotels all over, the Mercure Hangzhou Qingchun didn't disappoint for our Spring Festival trip. The environment is great, the service is excellent, and the breakfast quality is really good for the price. The front desk lady was so warm and lovely. All in all, it was excellent! 👍

The hotel's decor, especially in the hallways and elevator lobbies, is quite impressive. However, the soundproofing is shockingly poor – I could literally hear the kettle boiling in the next room. It seems like acoustic insulation wasn't a priority during construction. On the service front, it was generally good. I received a welcome fruit basket upon check-in, though having to carry it to my room myself felt a bit cumbersome (I admit, I'm a bit lazy!). They also gave me a gift at check-out, which clearly shows they're hoping for good reviews. I'd suggest providing a small bag for the complimentary gift; it would definitely enhance the guest experience and show a higher level of service detail.

First, the highlights: Hotel breakfast runs until 10 AM. Since it was a weekend, I woke up late and arrived at the restaurant around 10:13 AM. The bar staff still allowed us to eat, and gradually, more guests came in for breakfast. The restaurant didn't stop replenishing food just because it was closing time; in fact, the chefs were still circulating and adding items. This level of thoughtfulness is truly impressive. I hope they maintain it! 👍 Secondly, around 12 PM, I hadn't checked out yet, and they proactively sent a message asking if I needed a late checkout, which was very heartwarming 🥰. But the most important thing was when I was leaving, it was pouring rain. I asked the front desk if they had umbrellas for sale, and the young man just gave me one. Even though I offered to return it on my next stay, he said it was fine and just to keep it in mind. This showed a great deal of trust and respect for the guest, which I found incredibly touching. A big reason I'd come back next time is because of this young man's actions. Now for the shortcomings: The night before, I checked in close to 11 PM. After getting ready, it was almost 12:30 AM, and there was still very loud talking coming from the next room. It sounded like a party, as there were more than three people talking. Although the room provided noise-canceling earplugs, the hotel should really pay attention when assigning rooms, especially since there were children. Also, knowing that the hotel's soundproofing isn't great, someone was still delivering linens after 12 AM. The fire exit door was directly opposite my room, and the sound of the carts and closing doors was incredibly loud. I hope the front desk staff pays attention to this when assigning rooms. If it's not a busy period, I wouldn't recommend giving out this room, or perhaps they could adjust the time for linen delivery, otherwise, it really disrupts one's rest.

My recent stay at Mercure Hotel was absolutely fantastic and exceeded all my expectations. First, the location is convenient -it's just a short walk from key attractions and metro line 4 and 2 as well as public transport, making it super convenient to explore the city without wasting time on long commutes. The staff deserves a special shoutout too. From check-in to check-out, everyone was warm, friendly, and always ready to help. They gave me great recommendations for local restaurants and even helped arrange a taxi when I was in a hurry-their attentiveness made me feel right at home.

The housekeeping staff cleaned meticulously every day, and everything was spotless, even the small details. The front desk service was warm and attentive; check-in and check-out were handled quickly and efficiently. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, both Western and Chinese, and tasted great. The location is super convenient, with plenty of restaurants and easy access to transportation nearby. Overall, it offers excellent value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next business trip or vacation. Highly recommend it to travelers who prioritize comfort and service!

The hotel's location is a true hub. It's just a 5-minute walk to Qingchun Square Station on Metro Lines 2 and 4, and a 25-minute drive takes you directly to popular attractions like West Lake and Southern Song Imperial Street. Plus, it's right next to shopping areas like Qingchun Yintai and Hangzhou Tower 501, making it incredibly convenient whether you're shopping, dining, commuting, or working. For those driving, there's ample free underground parking, which is a huge bonus, saving you the hassle of finding a spot in the city center.

arrive to the metro station by walking is easy. Reception staffs are very friendly. Food variety in the breakfast is much. Room is very big and comfortable. Staff at floor is also hardworking. Room is cleaned at every day and somedays twice after I leaving the room. All facilities in the room are changed and completed

I stayed at this hotel for a few days in Hangzhou. From the moment I entered the hotel, the ambience, the friendly staff and the room was to die for. The hotel also provides breakfast which was a variety of Chinese and western dishes, a gym to exercise and a laundry room, where you can iron and do laundry for free. I highly recommend this hotel. I want to say thanks to the receptionist Xiao Yang for his help and professionalism during my stay.
