真想不到，在攜程上200多一晚還能訂到這樣劣質的酒店！充其量衹能算是旅館吧！嚴重名不副其實。衞生條件差、傢俱都是老舊到刮花的、有蚊蟲、地方又小、不提供瓶裝水，也沒像樣的一次性用品，一次性杯里甚至有污物和頭髮、空調遙控器按鈕都發黴了！整個酒店一進去就一股難聞的嘔氣，房間也密不透風一股難聞的煙味散不掉……隔音效果差，每個房間都是木板隔的，木板都有損壞痕跡。床品毛巾都是叫什麼哈途酒店的二手貨。衹能説勉強能睡人吧！要不是帶着孩子趕火車又不能退，哪裡會將就這種住宿？感覺是被攜程上的虛假宣傳給騙了！讓人順帶着對杭州整個城市的印象都不好了！

位置非常好，火車東站B1到達層東廣場肯德基左邊網約車通道直走100米就到，陽光房可以看到東站和景觀，酒店有點年頭，但衞生乾淨，服務態度很好，最關鍵的是價格實惠，性價比超高，等車過夜人員首選

這次為了趕早班高鐵，特意選了這家離車站超近的酒店，體驗下來完全超出預期，尤其在“便利”這點上做到了極致。
從高鐵站出來步行不到3分鐘就到酒店，拖着沉重的行李箱也不用走冤枉路，省去了打車或換乘的麻煩，對於趕車的人來説太友好了。辦理入住時前台效率很高，幾分鐘就完成了手續，還主動提醒我們第二天退房可以走快速通道，避免耽誤行程。
房間雖然不算特別大，但佈局緊湊合理，床品柔軟舒適，能讓人好好休息。最驚喜的是隔音效果，明明離車站很近，卻幾乎聽不到列車的噪音，晚上睡得很安穩。酒店樓下就有便利店和早餐店，早上不用早起奔波，買份早餐就能輕鬆去趕車。
