Hotel staff especially 欣欣is friendly and helpful, the location of the hotel is great, just outside 南宋御街，and near 西湖。Can easily accessible by car too as it has a carpark behind the hotel.

Even though they gave us a free upgrade, the room wasn’t cleaned properly and could see hair from the previous guest.

One of the best hotels I ever stayed in Hangzhou (if you just need to sleep there and leave you luggage). It's located in a very photogenic area, lots of shops and cafes are near. The hotel stuff is very polite and nice. The room is clean and cozy, with all the necessary things, including cups, tea, and a kettle.
The lake is in a walkable distance. And near the hotel there are several stores where you can by some traditional clothes.
I really enjoyed my stay, will definitely come here again.

During my stay at Haoyi Hotel, I was truly impressed by the exceptional service provided by the staff. They consistently went above and beyond their duties to ensure my comfort and satisfaction — not just within the usual expectations of hotel service, but with a genuine warmth and attentiveness that made me feel right at home.
The location of the hotel is another big plus — it’s perfectly situated near many of Hangzhou’s most popular tourist attractions. With Ding'an Road Metro Station just a short walk away, it was incredibly convenient to explore places like West Lake, Qinghefang Ancient Street, and Hangzhou Museum. Whether you're traveling for leisure or culture, Haoyi Hotel offers an ideal base in the heart of the city.
I wholeheartedly recommend Haoyi Hotel to anyone visiting Hangzhou. Thank you again to the incredible team — your dedication and kindness made my trip truly memorable.

A great place to stay! Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and well-maintained. Convenient location with nearby attractions and metro station. Would highly recommend👍
