Lushmon Retreat

I truly appreciate the excellent service provided during my stay. The staff (林福驹 and his friend) went above and beyond by helping carry my large and heavy luggage all the way to my room during both check-in and check-out—something I’m very grateful for. Thank you for the birthday decoration for my husband, warmly thanks. We were warmly welcomed with a refreshing drink delivered directly to our room, which was a thoughtful and delightful touch that made us feel instantly at home. When I wanted to take a photo from the room but noticed the window was dirty, I sent a message, and they responded immediately by sending someone to clean it. Their promptness and attention to detail were impressive. Although we missed dinner time due to a nap, the warm and accommodating staff still managed to prepare a meal for us even the restaurant almost closed, and the food was so delicious! Thank you so much! The room was spotless and beautifully captured the serene village view. I truly enjoyed every moment of my stay and will definitely return. Thank you to everyone for making it such a memorable experience!

Great return stay. Friendly staff, as always! The location is perfect for a relaxed breakaway.

Booked 2 rooms, for my parents, myself and wife. Was not aware to climb 185 steps and narrow path with many hikers coming down (Saturday in November) up to the mountain from the street to the hotel with our bags and 80 years old parents. Fantastic located accommodation on a slope between the tea fields. Young check -in guy was okay but not very communicative. Spacious modern room and bathroom (with childish bear decals on the bathroom walls) and great terrace (slippery when wet!) with outdoor furniture. Room had a bit of a moldy odor. Ordered and paid food did unfortunately not come through during lunch and dinner. Breakfast on the rainy morning was served indoors in the small reception area with a computer-printer positioned on our eating table. Expected a much better experience for this 'retreat'.

This place is perfect. Absolutely beautiful surroundings and the staff went above and beyond. Perfectly clean. Wonderful place to wake up.

The hotel is wonderfully situated in the middle of the tea plantation. It's quite easy to explore the plantation area and we had a beautiful view right outside of our windows. The staff were very accomodating and helpful even if they have limited English skills. As the hotel is situated on a hill, it's advisable not to bring a trolley. The hotel is located around 100m up the hill.
