Service standards need to improve. If I pay more than 2500rmb for a night, it better be the cleanliness and experience of a 2500rmb room and nothing short. The whole idea of Rushi Forest is about peace and relaxation and that's what I'm exactly paying for right? 1) When I first stepped in, your guy starts rattling off 101 things. He doesn't offer solution when he told us a session starts at 4pm and it is already 3.45pm now and expects me to give an immediate answer if we'll be attending. He just wants an answer. I don't feel relaxed, having to make a sudden decision after a long journey. The other lady stepped in to save the day to offer solution that we can join the next day too, if it is too rush. 2) Day 2 Morning, breakfast time at the dining hall, no Air-conditioned?!? How relaxing can it be? I paid 2500rmb to eat in a stuffy and uncomfortable environment the moment I wake up?? Are you saving electricity or what? If it's not comfort and relaxation at your hotel, what am I paying for ? 3) Breakfast time, instead of serving 1 course at a time, in a relaxed healing manner like what your brand stands for, you suddenly come with all the plates filling up the table. What's the rush?!? 4) Immediately after serving all the food on the table, your guy asked "Can we clean your room now?" WHAT'S THE HURRY?!?! Can you not disturb my morning breakfast and let me eat in peace? I am here to have a private moment with my partner having our breakfast why must you ask me about cleaning the room at this point of time?!? How relaxing and calm can my morning get? Isn't the purpose of the Wechat group is to communicate? Why can't you do it later in the group? WHY MUST IT BE WHEN I AM HAVING BREAKFAST AT THE TABLE? WHAT IS YOUR HURRY?!? 5) I told him politely I will let him know later when I'm ready for room cleaning. 6) Right after finishing my breakfast before living the dining hall, he asked me again can my room be cleaned?!?! STOP ASKING!!!! I TOLD YOU I WILL LET YOU KNOW LATER! WHAT IS THE HURRY?!?! 7) I went back to my room to get my bag and my car came in 5mins. Just before I left, he ASKED AGAIN at the entrance! Asking 3 TIMES IN 30 MINUTES?!? THIS IS NOT RELAXING AT ALL! CAN'T YOU WAIT FOR MY INSTRUCTIONS IN THE WECHAT GROUP?!? MY GOSH! PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF PROPERLY! 8) Learn to know WHEN to communicate! 9) I killed a big spider on the floor, after room cleaning and returning back, the dead spider is still on the floor. So much for rushing me to give you the green light to clean the room 🙄 10) Your wooden holder for the controllers are filled with dust inside. Disgusting. 11) Your handsoap bottle, the sticker is peeling off, faded and damp. Disgusting. 12) The grey cloth originally on the bed, why is it put ON THE FLOOR after room cleaning?!?! Your cleaner forgotten to put it back on my bed and so you guys actually put things meant for the bed on the dirty floor and then back on the bed after tidying up?!?! Other details about peeling paint on the walls and bad touch-ups I shall not go further into details. It is not what I am expecting a 2500rmb room to be like. 500rmb Atour Hotel is even cleaner. Design of hotel and environment is on point. Let down by service and attention to details in cleanliness.

I visited with family and we really enjoyed our stay. We booked a two room villa and the booking came with four free classes: tea ceremony, sound bath, forest walk and yoga. We only joined the tea ceremony and sound bath but really enjoyed both. For food, the hotel restaurant served vegan food so we found a restaurant near the hotel; the food was good and it was only a 5 minute drive from the hotel. The hotel room itself was spacious and the amenities were of good quality. The bed was very comfortable and we all had a good night sleep. Location is perfectly fine if you drive, but I imagine it would be a bit difficult to get to by public transport.

A hidden, healing haven tucked away in the everyday – that's Rushi Residence. This hotel is nestled within a century-old forest farm, offering a tranquil environment and fresh air. Surrounded by ancient trees, I can imagine opening the balcony door when they bud to a vibrant spring landscape. The moment I arrived, I felt an instant sense of calm. There are different activities every day, like Song Dynasty tea ceremonies, sound healing with singing bowls, and Baduanjin exercises, all of which I thoroughly enjoyed. My room was clean and cozy, with thoughtful details, making for a very comfortable stay. The butler was gentle, attentive, and genuinely warm, making me feel truly cared for. A Zen spa session provided a wonderful sense of mental clarity. I loved the experience and will definitely be back.

This stay at the healing hotel was truly therapeutic! The overall environment is quiet and elegant, far from the city's hustle and bustle. The moment I stepped in, I felt my mind and body slow down. The room was clean and comfortable, allowing me to enjoy the fresh air of nature. The service was gentle and attentive, with great attention to detail. My tense emotions immediately eased, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. I'll definitely come back in autumn to experience a different scenery.

I had a slow-paced short vacation at this hotel. The butler contacted me in advance to help book classes, and my luggage and takeout were delivered to the room beforehand. During my two-day, one-night stay, I experienced singing bowl, yoga, and tea ceremony classes, which were fun and relaxing. We also took a stroll through the park near the hotel, enjoying the spring breeze – a really nice environment. When checking out, the butler thoughtfully reminded us about the Saturday traffic conditions. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay.

Spur-of-the-moment trip just before Chinese New Year, and we ended up at the Rushi Julin Hotel, which boasts excellent air and surroundings! The hotel is located within a century-old forest park. As soon as we arrived, our butler, Xiao Xia, was already waiting for us at the entrance. She proactively helped us with our luggage and enthusiastically introduced the hotel's facilities. It was a wonderful trip with beautiful scenery. Next time, I'd like to visit during winter; the snowy landscape would be even more stunning and photogenic.

The room was very dark. While it's supposed to be for sustainable development, this level of darkness was really unnecessary. And why can't friends stay at this therapeutic hotel? I really don't understand why all the rooms are double rooms. Although they're all detached, they're much smaller than I expected, with practically no room to move around in the bedroom. In the dead of winter, the bedroom wasn't warm enough; with a heater, I was constantly tripping over it when getting up at night. The separate tea room was also unnecessary; it would have been better to convert it into another bedroom. My friend said the water was incredibly cold when showering. Getting a taxi from the hotel was difficult. The hotel seemed to have one or two cars, but most of the time they were busy taking guests around... so there was no way to visit the nearby estates and reservoir. The hotel's activities were at fixed times, and if you couldn't join, you had to miss them. Because we couldn't go out, we could only eat at the hotel. The food wasn't cheap, but the taste was really mediocre—just like homemade stir-fries with ready-made sauces, lacking any appeal in terms of color, aroma, or flavor. I was drawn to the hotel because of its overall nice theme, but the price was really too high and it didn't achieve the goal of relaxing and healing at the hotel.

There's always a concern about staying at nature-themed hotels this season: the environment might not be very appealing. However, this hotel was a pleasant surprise. The design team had clearly considered autumn scenery from the very beginning, carefully selecting trees and even including reeds, creating a unique and enchanting atmosphere under the autumn sun (actually, it's winter). Staying there and appreciating it fully evoked the feel of a Canadian or North American forest movie. Behind the hotel is a large autumn woodland where you can walk on fallen leaves in the morning – very relaxing and comfortable. And at night, the sky is filled with far more stars than just one or two, along with a full moon. The hotel staff were very welcoming, and there were even some cats, creating a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. Of course, there were some drawbacks. Not all rooms were well-maintained; some areas looked quite old, and some chairs on the balcony were dusty, which negatively impacted the experience. Hopefully, future guests will check the outdoor areas for dust before checking in. As for the issue of the condition of the rooms, I really don't know how to suggest improvements. Previous guests have mentioned the cold winter weather, but this time, they had provided heaters, which was very thoughtful. In short, the scenery and architectural design are both excellent and worth seeing, especially in autumn!

It's like living in a forest, with acorns constantly falling from the trees. The hotel is very clean, with virtually no mosquitoes. The room facilities are all excellent, especially the toilet flushing, which isn't too loud. Special praise goes to the hotel staff; their service was exceptionally good from check-in to check-out. They provided afternoon tea with fruit platters, nuts, and tea; offered ginger soup and ice packs if you had a cold; and promptly came to your room to help with any issues. The hotel only offers vegetarian food. I tried it once, and it was quite good and creative. Compared to the Black Pearl Hotel (averaging 1000 RMB per person), it's definitely not quite as good, but it's much better than other vegetarian restaurants in temples. Every ingredient was very fresh, although there were some issues, like the watermelon in the complimentary fruit platter being sweet and the blueberries being extremely sour. If you don't want vegetarian food, the surrounding farmhouses are a good option, offering fish, chicken, stir-fries, etc. I randomly picked a few and none were bad. The hotel also arranged various courses, including a healing class and Baduanjin (Eight Pieces of Brocade). Lying in a cabin surrounded by trees and feeling the breeze on a platform by the forest river was a truly therapeutic experience! I stayed for two days and there were still many courses I didn't get to try, so I'll make up for them next time! I'll consider bringing my parents next time.
