The lobby is luxurious and grand with a great atmosphere. Check-in was fast, efficient, and very user-friendly, with someone providing a detailed introduction. The room was spacious and clean, and the service was prompt. Special thanks to Yan Hangang and Fan Jiankun from the lobby staff for their excellent service.

The hotel rooms all feature panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, offering unbeatable night views – absolutely perfect for couples. The hotel's Provence Western Restaurant is fantastic, with exquisite and delicious dishes. The location is superb, right next to the subway exit. Our GRO, Han Yufan, even proactively helped us plan our sightseeing route, allowing us to efficiently explore Hangzhou's beautiful spots. The service was truly excellent!

Five stars, highly recommended! First off, I got a great discount thanks to a tourism subsidy, so the price was fantastic. It's super convenient to get around by subway. The lobby is incredibly grand! My room experience exceeded expectations – it was very spacious, clean, tidy, and comfortably laid out. The bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, so I slept really well. The hotel has a gym and a swimming pool; the facilities are comprehensive and well-maintained. The staff were polite, attentive, and responded quickly. Every detail was perfect. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next trip. I highly recommend it to everyone! 👍

The hygiene was excellent, the bed was very comfortable, the location was super convenient for transportation, and the service was very attentive.

The hotel is great, the bedrooms a big and comfortable, with pool in it. Hans Zhang was available to help us in anything we needed.

The room had a strange smell, but the worst part was breakfast. I arrived at the restaurant at 9:50 AM, and it was a complete mess, with almost all the plates empty. Breakfast is supposed to end at 10 AM, so guests arriving before then should at least be able to eat. I asked a staff member to cook some wontons, and they replied that there weren't any!

The concierge delivered my takeout orders to the room very promptly, even multiple times in a row. The air conditioning was also great for summer. Han Yufan from GRO was very helpful during my stay, a reliable and wonderful girl!

Basically in line with standard, but during my stay, the aircon cannot cool down due to central aircon system control. Have to open window to make the room cool down.

Hotel staffs were friendly and helpful with our baggage.

The hotel Radisson Platinum is very good overall, the room is clean and comfortable, the location is good, it is convenient to go everywhere, the auntie cleans very carefully, I have stayed here for several days.
